Ezekiel 27:15 - The sons of Dedan were your traders. Many coastlands were your market; they brought ivory tusks and ebony as your payment.
Ezekiel 27:16 - Aram was your customer because of the abundance of your goods; they paid for your merchandise with emeralds, purple, colorfully woven cloth, fine linen, coral, and rubies.
Ezekiel 27:17 - Judah and the land of Israel, they were your traders; with the wheat of Minnith, cakes, honey, oil, and balsam they paid for your merchandise.
Ezekiel 27:18 - Damascus was your customer because of the abundance of your goods, because of the abundance of all kinds of wealth, because of the wine of Helbon and white wool.
Ezekiel 27:19 - Vedan and Javan paid for your merchandise from Uzal; wrought iron, cassia, and spice reed were among your merchandise.
Ezekiel 27:20 - Dedan traded with you in saddlecloths for riding.
Ezekiel 27:21 - Arabia and all the princes of Kedar, they were your customers for lambs, rams, and goats; for these they were your customers.
Ezekiel 27:22 - The traders of Sheba and Raamah, they traded with you; they paid for your merchandise with the best of all balsam oil, and with all kinds of precious stones, and gold.
Ezekiel 27:23 - Haran, Canneh, Eden, the traders of Sheba, Asshur, and Chilmad traded with you.
Ezekiel 27:24 - They traded with you in choice garments, in clothes of violet and colorfully woven cloth, and in blankets of two colors, and tightly wound cords, which were among your merchandise.
Ezekiel 27:25 - The ships of Tarshish were the carriers for your merchandise. And you were filled and were very glorious In the heart of the seas.
Ezekiel 27:26 - “Your rowers have brought you Into great waters; The east wind has broken you In the heart of the seas.

Jeremiah 50:1 - The word which the Lord spoke concerning Babylon, the land of the Chaldeans, through Jeremiah the prophet:
Jeremiah 50:2 - “Declare and proclaim among the nations. Proclaim it and lift up a flag, Do not conceal it. Say, ‘Babylon has been captured, Bel has been put to shame, Marduk has been shattered; Her idols have been put to shame, her images have been shattered.’
Jeremiah 50:3 - For a nation has come up against her from the north; it will make her land an object of horror, and there will be no inhabitant in it. Whether people or animals, they have wandered off, they have gone!
Jeremiah 50:4 - “In those days and at that time,” declares the Lord, “the sons of Israel will come, they and the sons of Judah as well; they will go along weeping as they go, and it will be the Lord their God whom they will seek.
Jeremiah 50:5 - They will ask for the way to Zion, turning their faces in its direction; they will come so that they may join themselves to the Lord in an everlasting covenant that will not be forgotten.
Jeremiah 50:6 - “My people have become lost sheep; Their shepherds have led them astray. They have made them turn aside on the mountains. They have gone from mountain to hill, They have forgotten their resting place.
Jeremiah 50:7 - All who found them have devoured them; And their adversaries have said, ‘We are not guilty, Since they have sinned against the Lord who is the habitation of righteousness, The Lord, the hope of their fathers.’
Jeremiah 50:8 - “Wander away from the midst of Babylon And go out from the land of the Chaldeans; Be like male goats at the head of the flock.
Jeremiah 50:9 - For behold, I am going to rouse and bring up against Babylon A contingent of great nations from the land of the north, And they will draw up their battle lines against her; From there she will be taken captive. Their arrows will be like an expert warrior Who does not return empty-handed.
Jeremiah 50:10 - Chaldea will become plunder; All who plunder her will have enough,” declares the Lord.
Jeremiah 50:11 - “Because you are glad, because you are jubilant, You who pillage My heritage, Because you skip about like a threshing heifer And neigh like stallions,
Jeremiah 50:12 - Your mother will be greatly ashamed, She who gave you birth will be humiliated. Behold, she will be the least of the nations, A wilderness, a dry land and a desert.
Jeremiah 50:13 - Because of the wrath of the Lord she will not be inhabited, But she will be completely desolate; Everyone who passes by Babylon will be horrified And will hiss because of all her wounds.
Jeremiah 50:14 - Draw up your battle lines against Babylon on every side, All of you who bend the bow; Shoot at her, do not spare your arrows, For she has sinned against the Lord.
Jeremiah 50:15 - Raise your battle cry against her on every side! She has given herself up, her towers have fallen, Her walls have been torn down. For this is the vengeance of the Lord: Take vengeance on her; As she has done to others, so do to her.
Jeremiah 50:16 - Eliminate the sower from Babylon And the one who wields the sickle at the time of harvest; From the sword of the oppressor Each of them will turn back to his own people And each of them will flee to his own land.
Jeremiah 50:17 - “Israel is a scattered flock, the lions have driven them away. The first one who devoured him was the king of Assyria, and this last one who has gnawed his bones is Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon.

Jeremiah 50:21 - “Against the land of Merathaim, go up against it, And against the inhabitants of Pekod. Kill and completely destroy them,” declares the Lord, “And do according to everything that I have commanded you.
Jeremiah 50:22 - The noise of battle is in the land, And great destruction.
Jeremiah 50:23 - How the hammer of the whole earth Has been cut off and broken! How Babylon has become An object of horror among the nations!

Isaiah 23:12 - He has said, “You shall not be jubilant anymore, you crushed virgin daughter of Sidon. Arise, pass over to Cyprus; even there you will find no rest.”
Isaiah 23:13 - Behold, the land of the Chaldeans—this is the people that did not exist; Assyria allocated it for desert creatures—they erected their siege towers, they stripped its palaces, they made it a ruin.
Isaiah 23:14 - Wail, you ships of Tarshish, For your stronghold is destroyed.
Isaiah 23:15 - Now on that day Tyre will be forgotten for seventy years like the days of one king. At the end of seventy years it will happen to Tyre as in the song of the prostitute:
Isaiah 23:16 - Take your harp, wander around the city, You forgotten prostitute; Pluck the strings skillfully, sing many songs, That you may be remembered.
Isaiah 23:17 - It will come about at the end of seventy years that the Lord will visit Tyre. Then she will go back to her prostitute’s wages and commit prostitution with all the kingdoms on the face of the earth.
Isaiah 23:18 - Her profit and her prostitute’s wages will be sacred to the Lord; it will not be stored up or hoarded, but her profit will become sufficient food and magnificent attire for those who dwell in the presence of the Lord.
Daniel 2:47 - The king responded to Daniel and said, “Your God truly is a God of gods and a Lord of kings and a revealer of secrets, since you have been able to reveal this secret.”
Daniel 2:48 - Then the king promoted Daniel and gave him many great gifts, and he made him ruler over the entire province of Babylon, and chief prefect over all the wise men of Babylon.
Psalms 137:1 - By the rivers of Babylon, There we sat down and wept, When we remembered Zion.
Ezekiel 27:1 - Moreover, the word of the Lord came to me, saying,
Ezekiel 27:2 - “And you, son of man, take up a song of mourning over Tyre;
Ezekiel 27:3 - and say to Tyre, who sits at the entrance to the sea, merchant of the peoples to many coastlands, ‘This is what the Lord God says: “Tyre, you have said, ‘I am perfect in beauty.’
Ezekiel 27:4 - Your borders are in the heart of the seas; Your builders have perfected your beauty.
Ezekiel 27:5 - They have made all your planks of juniper trees from Senir; They have taken a cedar from Lebanon to make a mast for you.
Ezekiel 27:6 - Of oaks from Bashan they have made your rudders; With ivory they have inlaid your deck of boxwood from the coastlands of Cyprus.
Ezekiel 27:7 - Your sail was of colorfully embroidered linen from Egypt So that it became your flag; Your awning was violet and purple from the coastlands of Elishah.
Ezekiel 27:8 - The inhabitants of Sidon and Arvad were your rowers; Your wise men, Tyre, were aboard; they were your sailors.
Ezekiel 27:9 - The elders of Gebal and her wise men were with you repairing your leaks; All the ships of the sea and their sailors were with you in order to deal in your merchandise.
Ezekiel 27:10 - “Persia, Lud, and Put were in your army, your men of war. They hung up shield and helmet on you; they presented your splendor.
Ezekiel 27:11 - The sons of Arvad and your army were on your walls, all around, and the Gammadim were in your towers. They hung their shields on your walls all around; they perfected your beauty.
Ezekiel 27:12 - “Tarshish was your customer because of the abundance of all kinds of wealth; with silver, iron, tin, and lead they paid for your merchandise.
Ezekiel 27:13 - Javan, Tubal, and Meshech, they were your traders; with human lives and vessels of bronze they paid for your merchandise.
Ezekiel 27:14 - Those from Beth-togarmah gave horses, war horses, and mules for your merchandise.
Ezekiel 27:15 - The sons of Dedan were your traders. Many coastlands were your market; they brought ivory tusks and ebony as your payment.
Ezekiel 27:16 - Aram was your customer because of the abundance of your goods; they paid for your merchandise with emeralds, purple, colorfully woven cloth, fine linen, coral, and rubies.
Ezekiel 27:17 - Judah and the land of Israel, they were your traders; with the wheat of Minnith, cakes, honey, oil, and balsam they paid for your merchandise.
Ezekiel 27:18 - Damascus was your customer because of the abundance of your goods, because of the abundance of all kinds of wealth, because of the wine of Helbon and white wool.
Ezekiel 27:19 - Vedan and Javan paid for your merchandise from Uzal; wrought iron, cassia, and spice reed were among your merchandise.
Ezekiel 27:20 - Dedan traded with you in saddlecloths for riding.
Ezekiel 27:21 - Arabia and all the princes of Kedar, they were your customers for lambs, rams, and goats; for these they were your customers.
Ezekiel 27:22 - The traders of Sheba and Raamah, they traded with you; they paid for your merchandise with the best of all balsam oil, and with all kinds of precious stones, and gold.
Ezekiel 27:23 - Haran, Canneh, Eden, the traders of Sheba, Asshur, and Chilmad traded with you.
Ezekiel 27:24 - They traded with you in choice garments, in clothes of violet and colorfully woven cloth, and in blankets of two colors, and tightly wound cords, which were among your merchandise.
Ezekiel 27:25 - The ships of Tarshish were the carriers for your merchandise. And you were filled and were very glorious In the heart of the seas.
Ezekiel 27:26 - “Your rowers have brought you Into great waters; The east wind has broken you In the heart of the seas.
Ezekiel 27:27 - Your wealth, your wares, your merchandise, Your seamen and your sailors, Your repairers of leaks, your dealers in merchandise, And all your men of war who are in you, With all your contingent that is in your midst, Will fall into the heart of the seas On the day of your overthrow.
Ezekiel 27:28 - At the sound of the cry of your sailors, The pasture lands will shake.
Jeremiah 50:1 - The word which the Lord spoke concerning Babylon, the land of the Chaldeans, through Jeremiah the prophet:
Jeremiah 50:2 - “Declare and proclaim among the nations. Proclaim it and lift up a flag, Do not conceal it. Say, ‘Babylon has been captured, Bel has been put to shame, Marduk has been shattered; Her idols have been put to shame, her images have been shattered.’
Jeremiah 50:3 - For a nation has come up against her from the north; it will make her land an object of horror, and there will be no inhabitant in it. Whether people or animals, they have wandered off, they have gone!
Jeremiah 50:4 - “In those days and at that time,” declares the Lord, “the sons of Israel will come, they and the sons of Judah as well; they will go along weeping as they go, and it will be the Lord their God whom they will seek.
Jeremiah 50:5 - They will ask for the way to Zion, turning their faces in its direction; they will come so that they may join themselves to the Lord in an everlasting covenant that will not be forgotten.
Jeremiah 50:6 - “My people have become lost sheep; Their shepherds have led them astray. They have made them turn aside on the mountains. They have gone from mountain to hill, They have forgotten their resting place.
Jeremiah 50:7 - All who found them have devoured them; And their adversaries have said, ‘We are not guilty, Since they have sinned against the Lord who is the habitation of righteousness, The Lord, the hope of their fathers.’
Jeremiah 50:8 - “Wander away from the midst of Babylon And go out from the land of the Chaldeans; Be like male goats at the head of the flock.
Jeremiah 50:9 - For behold, I am going to rouse and bring up against Babylon A contingent of great nations from the land of the north, And they will draw up their battle lines against her; From there she will be taken captive. Their arrows will be like an expert warrior Who does not return empty-handed.
Jeremiah 50:10 - Chaldea will become plunder; All who plunder her will have enough,” declares the Lord.
Jeremiah 50:11 - “Because you are glad, because you are jubilant, You who pillage My heritage, Because you skip about like a threshing heifer And neigh like stallions,
Jeremiah 50:12 - Your mother will be greatly ashamed, She who gave you birth will be humiliated. Behold, she will be the least of the nations, A wilderness, a dry land and a desert.
Jeremiah 50:13 - Because of the wrath of the Lord she will not be inhabited, But she will be completely desolate; Everyone who passes by Babylon will be horrified And will hiss because of all her wounds.
Jeremiah 50:14 - Draw up your battle lines against Babylon on every side, All of you who bend the bow; Shoot at her, do not spare your arrows, For she has sinned against the Lord.
Jeremiah 50:15 - Raise your battle cry against her on every side! She has given herself up, her towers have fallen, Her walls have been torn down. For this is the vengeance of the Lord: Take vengeance on her; As she has done to others, so do to her.
Jeremiah 50:16 - Eliminate the sower from Babylon And the one who wields the sickle at the time of harvest; From the sword of the oppressor Each of them will turn back to his own people And each of them will flee to his own land.
Jeremiah 50:17 - “Israel is a scattered flock, the lions have driven them away. The first one who devoured him was the king of Assyria, and this last one who has gnawed his bones is Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon.
Jeremiah 50:18 - Therefore this is what the Lord of armies, the God of Israel says: ‘Behold, I am going to punish the king of Babylon and his land, just as I punished the king of Assyria.
Jeremiah 50:19 - And I will bring Israel back to his pasture and he will graze on Carmel and Bashan, and his desire will be satisfied in the hill country of Ephraim and Gilead.
Jeremiah 50:20 - In those days and at that time,’ declares the Lord, ‘search will be made for the wrongdoing of Israel, but there will be none; and for the sins of Judah, but they will not be found; for I will forgive those whom I leave as a remnant.’
Jeremiah 50:21 - “Against the land of Merathaim, go up against it, And against the inhabitants of Pekod. Kill and completely destroy them,” declares the Lord, “And do according to everything that I have commanded you.
Jeremiah 50:22 - The noise of battle is in the land, And great destruction.
Jeremiah 50:23 - How the hammer of the whole earth Has been cut off and broken! How Babylon has become An object of horror among the nations!
Jeremiah 50:24 - I set a trap for you and you were also caught, Babylon, While you yourself were not aware; You have been found and also seized Because you have engaged in conflict with the Lord.”
Jeremiah 50:25 - The Lord has opened His armory And has brought out the weapons of His indignation, For it is a work of the Lord God of armies In the land of the Chaldeans.
Jeremiah 50:26 - Come to her from the farthest border; Open up her barns, Pile her up like heaps of grain And completely destroy her, Let nothing be left to her.
Jeremiah 50:27 - Put all her bulls to the sword; Let them go down to the slaughter! Woe be upon them, for their day has come, The time of their punishment.
Jeremiah 50:28 - There is a sound of fugitives and refugees from the land of Babylon, To declare in Zion the vengeance of the Lord our God, Vengeance for His temple.
Jeremiah 50:29 - “Summon many against Babylon, All those who bend the bow: Encamp against her on every side, Let there be no escape . Repay her according to her work; According to all that she has done, so do to her; For she has become arrogant against the Lord, Against the Holy One of Israel.
Jeremiah 50:30 - Therefore her young men will fall in her streets, And all her men of war will perish on that day,” declares the Lord.
Jeremiah 50:31 - “Behold, I am against you, arrogant one,” Declares the Lord God of armies, “For your day has come, The time when I will punish you.
Jeremiah 50:32 - The arrogant one will stumble and fall With no one to raise him up; And I will set fire to his cities, And it will devour all his surroundings.”
Jeremiah 50:33 - This is what the Lord of armies says: “The sons of Israel are oppressed, And the sons of Judah as well; And all who took them captive have held them firmly, They have refused to let them go.
Jeremiah 50:34 - Their Redeemer is strong, the Lord of armies is His name; He will vigorously plead their case So that He may bring rest to their land, But turmoil to the inhabitants of Babylon.
Jeremiah 50:35 - A sword against the Chaldeans,” declares the Lord, “And against the inhabitants of Babylon And against her leaders and her wise men!
Jeremiah 50:36 - A sword against the oracle priests, and they will become fools! A sword against her warriors, and they will be shattered!
Jeremiah 50:37 - A sword against their horses, against their chariots, And against all the foreigners who are in the midst of her, And they will become women! A sword against her treasures, and they will be plundered!
Jeremiah 50:38 - A drought on her waters, and they will be dried up! For it is a land of idols, And they go insane at frightful images.
Jeremiah 50:39 - “Therefore the desert creatures will live there with the jackals; The ostriches also will live in it. It will never again be inhabited Nor lived in from generation to generation.
Jeremiah 50:40 - As when God overthrew Sodom And Gomorrah with its neighbors,” declares the Lord, “No one will live there, Nor will anyone of mankind reside in it.
Jeremiah 50:41 - “Behold, a people is coming from the north, And a great nation and many kings Will be roused from the remote parts of the earth.
Jeremiah 50:42 - They seize their bow and javelin; They are cruel and have no mercy. Their voice roars like the sea; And they ride on horses, Drawn up like a man for the battle Against you, daughter of Babylon.
Jeremiah 50:43 - The king of Babylon has heard the report about them, And his hands hang limp; Distress has gripped him, Agony like a woman in childbirth.
Jeremiah 50:44 - “Behold, one will come up like a lion from the thicket of the Jordan to a perennially watered pasture; for in an instant I will chase them away from it, and I will appoint over it whoever is chosen. For who is like Me, and who will summon Me into court? And who then is the shepherd who can stand against Me?”
Jeremiah 50:45 - Therefore hear the plan of the Lord which He has planned against Babylon, and His purposes which He has in mind against the land of the Chaldeans: they will certainly drag them off, even the little ones of the flock; He will certainly make their pasture desolate because of them.
Jeremiah 50:46 - At the shout, “Babylon has been conquered!” the earth quakes, and an outcry is heard among the nations.
Ezekiel 28:2 - “Son of man, say to the leader of Tyre, ‘The Lord God says this: “Because your heart is haughty And you have said, ‘I am a god, I sit in the seat of gods In the heart of the seas’; Yet you are a mortal and not God, Although you make your heart like the heart of God—
Revelation 18:2 - And he cried out with a mighty voice, saying, “ Fallen, fallen is Babylon the great! She has become a dwelling place of demons and a prison of every unclean spirit, and a prison of every unclean and hateful bird.

2 Samuel 21:20 - And there was war at Gath again, where there was a man of great stature who had six fingers on each hand and six toes on each foot, twenty-four in number; and he also had been born to the giant.
2 Samuel 21:21 - When he defied Israel, Jonathan the son of Shimei, David’s brother, struck and killed him.
2 Samuel 21:22 - These four were born to the giant at Gath, and they fell by the hand of David and by the hand of his servants.
1 Kings 10:1 - Now when the queen of Sheba heard about the fame of Solomon in relation to the name of the Lord, she came to test him with riddles.
1 Kings 10:2 - So she came to Jerusalem with a very large entourage, with camels carrying balsam oil and a very large quantity of gold and precious stones. When she came to Solomon, she spoke to him about everything that was in her heart.
1 Kings 10:3 - And Solomon answered all her questions; nothing was concealed from the king which he did not explain to her.
1 Kings 10:4 - When the queen of Sheba saw all the wisdom of Solomon, and the house that he had built,
1 Kings 10:5 - and the food of his table, the seating of his servants, the service of his waiters and their attire, his cupbearers, and his burnt offerings which he offered at the house of the Lord, she was breathless.
1 Kings 10:6 - Then she said to the king, “It was a true story that I heard in my own land about your words and your wisdom.
1 Kings 10:7 - But I did not believe the stories until I came and my own eyes saw it all. And behold, the half of it was not reported to me. You have exceeded in wisdom and prosperity the report which I heard.
1 Kings 10:8 - Blessed are your men, and blessed are these servants of yours who stand before you continually and hear your wisdom!
1 Kings 10:9 - Blessed be the Lord your God who delighted in you to put you on the throne of Israel; because the Lord loves Israel forever, He made you king, to do justice and righteousness.”
1 Kings 10:10 - Then she gave the king 120 talents of gold, and a very large amount of balsam oil and precious stones. Never again did such a large quantity of balsam oil come in as that which the queen of Sheba gave King Solomon.
1 Kings 10:11 - And the ships of Hiram as well, which brought gold from Ophir, brought in from Ophir a very great number of almug trees and precious stones.
1 Kings 10:12 - The king made from the almug trees supports for the house of the Lord and for the king’s house, and lyres and harps for the singers; such almug trees have not come in again, nor have they been seen to this day.
1 Kings 10:13 - And King Solomon granted the queen of Sheba everything she desired, whatever she requested, besides what he gave her in proportion to his royal bounty. Then she departed and went to her own land together with her servants.
1 Kings 10:14 - Now the weight of gold that came to Solomon in one year was 666 talents of gold,
1 Kings 10:15 - besides that from the traders, and the wares of the merchants and all the kings of the Arabs and the governors of the country.
1 Kings 10:16 - King Solomon made two hundred large shields of beaten gold, using six hundred shekels of gold on each large shield.
1 Kings 10:17 - And he made three hundred small shields of beaten gold, using three minas of gold on each shield; and the king put them in the house of the timber of Lebanon.
1 Kings 10:18 - Moreover, the king made a large throne of ivory and overlaid it with fine gold.
1 Kings 10:19 - There were six steps to the throne and a round top to the throne at its back, and armrests on each side of the seat, and two lions standing beside the armrests.
1 Kings 10:20 - Twelve lions were standing there on the six steps on the one side and on the other; nothing like it was made for any other kingdom.
1 Kings 10:21 - Now all King Solomon’s drinking utensils were of gold, and all the utensils of the house of the timber of Lebanon were of pure gold. None was of silver; it was not considered as amounting to anything in the days of Solomon.
1 Kings 10:22 - For the king had the ships of Tarshish at sea with Hiram’s ships; once every three years the ships of Tarshish would come carrying gold and silver, ivory, monkeys, and peacocks.
1 Kings 10:23 - So King Solomon became greater than all the kings of the earth in wealth and wisdom.
1 Kings 10:24 - And all the earth was seeking the attention of Solomon, to hear his wisdom, which God had put in his heart.
1 Kings 10:25 - And they were bringing, everyone, a gift: articles of silver and gold, garments, weapons, balsam oil, horses, and mules, so much year by year.
1 Kings 10:26 - Now Solomon gathered chariots and horsemen; and he had 1,400 chariots and twelve thousand horsemen, and he stationed them in the chariot cities and with the king in Jerusalem.
1 Kings 10:27 - And the king made silver as common as stones in Jerusalem, and he made cedars as plentiful as sycamore trees that are in the lowland.
1 Kings 10:28 - Also Solomon’s import of horses was from Egypt and Kue, and the king’s merchants acquired them from Kue for a price.
1 Kings 10:29 - A chariot was imported from Egypt for six hundred shekels of silver, and a horse for 150; and by the same means they exported them to all the kings of the Hittites and to the kings of the Arameans.
Job 9:13 - “God will not turn back His anger; Beneath Him the helpers of Rahab cower.
Psalms 89:10 - You Yourself crushed Rahab like one who is slain; You scattered Your enemies with Your mighty arm.
Isaiah 19:23 - On that day there will be a road from Egypt to Assyria, and the Assyrians will come into Egypt and the Egyptians into Assyria; and the Egyptians will worship with the Assyrians.
Isaiah 19:24 - On that day Israel will be the third party to Egypt and Assyria, a blessing in the midst of the earth,
Isaiah 19:25 - whom the Lord of armies has blessed, saying, “Blessed is Egypt My people, and Assyria the work of My hands, and Israel My inheritance.”
Psalms 68:31 - Messengers will come from Egypt; Cush will quickly stretch out her hands to God.
Psalms 45:12 - The daughter of Tyre will come with a gift; The wealthy among the people will seek your favor.
