  • Deuteronomy 16:3 - You shall eat no leavened bread with it; seven days you shall eat unleavened bread with it, that is, the bread of affliction (for you came out of the land of Egypt in haste), that you may remember the day in which you came out of the land of Egypt all the days of your life.
  • Deuteronomy 16:4 - And no leaven shall be seen among you in all your territory for seven days, nor shall any of the meat which you sacrifice the first day at twilight remain overnight until morning.
  • Deuteronomy 16:5 - “You may not sacrifice the Passover within any of your gates which the Lord your God gives you;
  • Deuteronomy 16:6 - but at the place where the Lord your God chooses to make His name abide, there you shall sacrifice the Passover at twilight, at the going down of the sun, at the time you came out of Egypt.
  • Deuteronomy 16:7 - And you shall roast and eat it in the place which the Lord your God chooses, and in the morning you shall turn and go to your tents.
  • Deuteronomy 16:8 - Six days you shall eat unleavened bread, and on the seventh day there shall be a sacred assembly to the Lord your God. You shall do no work on it.
  • Deuteronomy 16:9 - “You shall count seven weeks for yourself; begin to count the seven weeks from the time you begin to put the sickle to the grain.
  • Deuteronomy 16:10 - Then you shall keep the Feast of Weeks to the Lord your God with the tribute of a freewill offering from your hand, which you shall give as the Lord your God blesses you.
  • Deuteronomy 16:11 - You shall rejoice before the Lord your God, you and your son and your daughter, your male servant and your female servant, the Levite who is within your gates, the stranger and the fatherless and the widow who are among you, at the place where the Lord your God chooses to make His name abide.
  • Deuteronomy 16:12 - And you shall remember that you were a slave in Egypt, and you shall be careful to observe these statutes.
  • Deuteronomy 16:13 - “You shall observe the Feast of Tabernacles seven days, when you have gathered from your threshing floor and from your winepress.
  • Deuteronomy 16:14 - And you shall rejoice in your feast, you and your son and your daughter, your male servant and your female servant and the Levite, the stranger and the fatherless and the widow, who are within your gates.
  • Deuteronomy 16:15 - Seven days you shall keep a sacred feast to the Lord your God in the place which the Lord chooses, because the Lord your God will bless you in all your produce and in all the work of your hands, so that you surely rejoice.
  • Deuteronomy 16:16 - “Three times a year all your males shall appear before the Lord your God in the place which He chooses: at the Feast of Unleavened Bread, at the Feast of Weeks, and at the Feast of Tabernacles; and they shall not appear before the Lord empty-handed.
  • Deuteronomy 16:17 - Every man shall give as he is able, according to the blessing of the Lord your God which He has given you.
  • 1 Corinthians 8:7 - However, there is not in everyone that knowledge; for some, with consciousness of the idol, until now eat it as a thing offered to an idol; and their conscience, being weak, is defiled.
  • 1 Corinthians 8:8 - But food does not commend us to God; for neither if we eat are we the better, nor if we do not eat are we the worse.
  • 1 Corinthians 8:9 - But beware lest somehow this liberty of yours become a stumbling block to those who are weak.
  • 1 Corinthians 8:10 - For if anyone sees you who have knowledge eating in an idol’s temple, will not the conscience of him who is weak be emboldened to eat those things offered to idols?
  • 1 Corinthians 8:11 - And because of your knowledge shall the weak brother perish, for whom Christ died?
  • 1 Corinthians 8:12 - But when you thus sin against the brethren, and wound their weak conscience, you sin against Christ.
  • 1 Corinthians 8:13 - Therefore, if food makes my brother stumble, I will never again eat meat, lest I make my brother stumble.
  • Ezekiel 4:14 - So I said, “Ah, Lord God! Indeed I have never defiled myself from my youth till now; I have never eaten what died of itself or was torn by beasts, nor has abominable flesh ever come into my mouth.”
  • Numbers 10:10 - Also in the day of your gladness, in your appointed feasts, and at the beginning of your months, you shall blow the trumpets over your burnt offerings and over the sacrifices of your peace offerings; and they shall be a memorial for you before your God: I am the Lord your God.”
  • Leviticus 17:10 - ‘And whatever man of the house of Israel, or of the strangers who dwell among you, who eats any blood, I will set My face against that person who eats blood, and will cut him off from among his people.
  • Leviticus 17:11 - For the life of the flesh is in the blood, and I have given it to you upon the altar to make atonement for your souls; for it is the blood that makes atonement for the soul.’
  • Leviticus 17:12 - Therefore I said to the children of Israel, ‘No one among you shall eat blood, nor shall any stranger who dwells among you eat blood.’
  • Leviticus 17:13 - “Whatever man of the children of Israel, or of the strangers who dwell among you, who hunts and catches any animal or bird that may be eaten, he shall pour out its blood and cover it with dust;
  • Leviticus 17:14 - for it is the life of all flesh. Its blood sustains its life. Therefore I said to the children of Israel, ‘You shall not eat the blood of any flesh, for the life of all flesh is its blood. Whoever eats it shall be cut off.’
  • Leviticus 17:15 - “And every person who eats what died naturally or what was torn by beasts, whether he is a native of your own country or a stranger, he shall both wash his clothes and bathe in water, and be unclean until evening. Then he shall be clean.
  • Psalms 81:3 - Blow the trumpet at the time of the New Moon, At the full moon, on our solemn feast day.
  • Deuteronomy 14:3 - “You shall not eat any detestable thing.
  • Deuteronomy 14:4 - These are the animals which you may eat: the ox, the sheep, the goat,
  • Deuteronomy 14:5 - the deer, the gazelle, the roe deer, the wild goat, the mountain goat, the antelope, and the mountain sheep.
  • Deuteronomy 14:6 - And you may eat every animal with cloven hooves, having the hoof split into two parts, and that chews the cud, among the animals.
  • Deuteronomy 14:7 - Nevertheless, of those that chew the cud or have cloven hooves, you shall not eat, such as these: the camel, the hare, and the rock hyrax; for they chew the cud but do not have cloven hooves; they are unclean for you.
  • Deuteronomy 14:8 - Also the swine is unclean for you, because it has cloven hooves, yet does not chew the cud; you shall not eat their flesh or touch their dead carcasses.
  • Deuteronomy 14:9 - “These you may eat of all that are in the waters: you may eat all that have fins and scales.
  • Deuteronomy 14:10 - And whatever does not have fins and scales you shall not eat; it is unclean for you.
  • Deuteronomy 14:11 - “All clean birds you may eat.
  • Deuteronomy 14:12 - But these you shall not eat: the eagle, the vulture, the buzzard,
  • Deuteronomy 14:13 - the red kite, the falcon, and the kite after their kinds;
  • Deuteronomy 14:14 - every raven after its kind;
  • Deuteronomy 14:15 - the ostrich, the short-eared owl, the sea gull, and the hawk after their kinds;
  • Deuteronomy 14:16 - the little owl, the screech owl, the white owl,
  • Deuteronomy 14:17 - the jackdaw, the carrion vulture, the fisher owl,
  • Deuteronomy 14:18 - the stork, the heron after its kind, and the hoopoe and the bat.
  • Deuteronomy 14:19 - “Also every creeping thing that flies is unclean for you; they shall not be eaten.
  • Deuteronomy 14:20 - “You may eat all clean birds.
  • Deuteronomy 14:21 - “You shall not eat anything that dies of itself; you may give it to the alien who is within your gates, that he may eat it, or you may sell it to a foreigner; for you are a holy people to the Lord your God. “You shall not boil a young goat in its mother’s milk.
  • 1 Samuel 20:5 - And David said to Jonathan, “Indeed tomorrow is the New Moon, and I should not fail to sit with the king to eat. But let me go, that I may hide in the field until the third day at evening.
  • 2 Kings 4:23 - So he said, “Why are you going to him today? It is neither the New Moon nor the Sabbath.” And she said, “It is well.”
  • Psalms 42:4 - When I remember these things, I pour out my soul within me. For I used to go with the multitude; I went with them to the house of God, With the voice of joy and praise, With a multitude that kept a pilgrim feast.
  • Leviticus 23:1 - And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying,
  • Leviticus 23:2 - “Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them: ‘The feasts of the Lord, which you shall proclaim to be holy convocations, these are My feasts.
  • Leviticus 23:3 - ‘Six days shall work be done, but the seventh day is a Sabbath of solemn rest, a holy convocation. You shall do no work on it; it is the Sabbath of the Lord in all your dwellings.
  • Leviticus 23:4 - ‘These are the feasts of the Lord, holy convocations which you shall proclaim at their appointed times.
  • Leviticus 23:5 - On the fourteenth day of the first month at twilight is the Lord’s Passover.
  • Leviticus 23:6 - And on the fifteenth day of the same month is the Feast of Unleavened Bread to the Lord; seven days you must eat unleavened bread.
  • Leviticus 23:7 - On the first day you shall have a holy convocation; you shall do no customary work on it.
  • Leviticus 23:8 - But you shall offer an offering made by fire to the Lord for seven days. The seventh day shall be a holy convocation; you shall do no customary work on it.’ ”
  • Leviticus 23:9 - And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying,
  • Leviticus 23:10 - “Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them: ‘When you come into the land which I give to you, and reap its harvest, then you shall bring a sheaf of the firstfruits of your harvest to the priest.
  • Leviticus 23:11 - He shall wave the sheaf before the Lord, to be accepted on your behalf; on the day after the Sabbath the priest shall wave it.
  • Leviticus 23:12 - And you shall offer on that day, when you wave the sheaf, a male lamb of the first year, without blemish, as a burnt offering to the Lord.
  • Leviticus 23:13 - Its grain offering shall be two-tenths of an ephah of fine flour mixed with oil, an offering made by fire to the Lord, for a sweet aroma; and its drink offering shall be of wine, one-fourth of a hin.
  • Leviticus 23:14 - You shall eat neither bread nor parched grain nor fresh grain until the same day that you have brought an offering to your God; it shall be a statute forever throughout your generations in all your dwellings.
  • Leviticus 23:15 - ‘And you shall count for yourselves from the day after the Sabbath, from the day that you brought the sheaf of the wave offering: seven Sabbaths shall be completed.
  • Leviticus 23:16 - Count fifty days to the day after the seventh Sabbath; then you shall offer a new grain offering to the Lord.
  • Leviticus 23:17 - You shall bring from your dwellings two wave loaves of two-tenths of an ephah. They shall be of fine flour; they shall be baked with leaven. They are the firstfruits to the Lord.
  • Leviticus 23:18 - And you shall offer with the bread seven lambs of the first year, without blemish, one young bull, and two rams. They shall be as a burnt offering to the Lord, with their grain offering and their drink offerings, an offering made by fire for a sweet aroma to the Lord.
  • Leviticus 23:19 - Then you shall sacrifice one kid of the goats as a sin offering, and two male lambs of the first year as a sacrifice of a peace offering.
  • Leviticus 23:20 - The priest shall wave them with the bread of the firstfruits as a wave offering before the Lord, with the two lambs. They shall be holy to the Lord for the priest.
  • Leviticus 23:21 - And you shall proclaim on the same day that it is a holy convocation to you. You shall do no customary work on it. It shall be a statute forever in all your dwellings throughout your generations.
  • Leviticus 23:22 - ‘When you reap the harvest of your land, you shall not wholly reap the corners of your field when you reap, nor shall you gather any gleaning from your harvest. You shall leave them for the poor and for the stranger: I am the Lord your God.’ ”
  • Leviticus 23:23 - Then the Lord spoke to Moses, saying,
  • Leviticus 23:24 - “Speak to the children of Israel, saying: ‘In the seventh month, on the first day of the month, you shall have a sabbath-rest, a memorial of blowing of trumpets, a holy convocation.
  • Leviticus 23:25 - You shall do no customary work on it; and you shall offer an offering made by fire to the Lord.’ ”
  • Leviticus 23:26 - And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying:
  • Leviticus 23:27 - “Also the tenth day of this seventh month shall be the Day of Atonement. It shall be a holy convocation for you; you shall afflict your souls, and offer an offering made by fire to the Lord.
  • Leviticus 23:28 - And you shall do no work on that same day, for it is the Day of Atonement, to make atonement for you before the Lord your God.
  • Leviticus 23:29 - For any person who is not afflicted in soul on that same day shall be cut off from his people.
  • Leviticus 23:30 - And any person who does any work on that same day, that person I will destroy from among his people.
  • Leviticus 23:31 - You shall do no manner of work; it shall be a statute forever throughout your generations in all your dwellings.
  • Leviticus 23:32 - It shall be to you a sabbath of solemn rest, and you shall afflict your souls; on the ninth day of the month at evening, from evening to evening, you shall celebrate your sabbath.”
  • Leviticus 23:33 - Then the Lord spoke to Moses, saying,
  • Leviticus 23:34 - “Speak to the children of Israel, saying: ‘The fifteenth day of this seventh month shall be the Feast of Tabernacles for seven days to the Lord.
  • Leviticus 23:35 - On the first day there shall be a holy convocation. You shall do no customary work on it.
  • Leviticus 23:36 - For seven days you shall offer an offering made by fire to the Lord. On the eighth day you shall have a holy convocation, and you shall offer an offering made by fire to the Lord. It is a sacred assembly, and you shall do no customary work on it.
  • Leviticus 23:37 - ‘These are the feasts of the Lord which you shall proclaim to be holy convocations, to offer an offering made by fire to the Lord, a burnt offering and a grain offering, a sacrifice and drink offerings, everything on its day—
  • Leviticus 23:38 - besides the Sabbaths of the Lord, besides your gifts, besides all your vows, and besides all your freewill offerings which you give to the Lord.
  • Leviticus 23:39 - ‘Also on the fifteenth day of the seventh month, when you have gathered in the fruit of the land, you shall keep the feast of the Lord for seven days; on the first day there shall be a sabbath-rest, and on the eighth day a sabbath-rest.
  • Leviticus 23:40 - And you shall take for yourselves on the first day the fruit of beautiful trees, branches of palm trees, the boughs of leafy trees, and willows of the brook; and you shall rejoice before the Lord your God for seven days.
  • Leviticus 23:41 - You shall keep it as a feast to the Lord for seven days in the year. It shall be a statute forever in your generations. You shall celebrate it in the seventh month.
  • Leviticus 23:42 - You shall dwell in booths for seven days. All who are native Israelites shall dwell in booths,
  • Leviticus 23:43 - that your generations may know that I made the children of Israel dwell in booths when I brought them out of the land of Egypt: I am the Lord your God.’ ”
  • Leviticus 23:44 - So Moses declared to the children of Israel the feasts of the Lord.
  • Acts 11:3 - saying, “You went in to uncircumcised men and ate with them!”
  • Acts 11:4 - But Peter explained it to them in order from the beginning, saying:
  • Acts 11:5 - “I was in the city of Joppa praying; and in a trance I saw a vision, an object descending like a great sheet, let down from heaven by four corners; and it came to me.
  • Acts 11:6 - When I observed it intently and considered, I saw four-footed animals of the earth, wild beasts, creeping things, and birds of the air.
  • Acts 11:7 - And I heard a voice saying to me, ‘Rise, Peter; kill and eat.’
  • Acts 11:8 - But I said, ‘Not so, Lord! For nothing common or unclean has at any time entered my mouth.’
  • Acts 11:9 - But the voice answered me again from heaven, ‘What God has cleansed you must not call common.’
  • Acts 11:10 - Now this was done three times, and all were drawn up again into heaven.
  • Acts 11:11 - At that very moment, three men stood before the house where I was, having been sent to me from Caesarea.
  • Acts 11:12 - Then the Spirit told me to go with them, doubting nothing. Moreover these six brethren accompanied me, and we entered the man’s house.
  • Acts 11:13 - And he told us how he had seen an angel standing in his house, who said to him, ‘Send men to Joppa, and call for Simon whose surname is Peter,
  • Acts 11:14 - who will tell you words by which you and all your household will be saved.’
  • Acts 11:15 - And as I began to speak, the Holy Spirit fell upon them, as upon us at the beginning.
  • Acts 11:16 - Then I remembered the word of the Lord, how He said, ‘John indeed baptized with water, but you shall be baptized with the Holy Spirit.’
  • Acts 11:17 - If therefore God gave them the same gift as He gave us when we believed on the Lord Jesus Christ, who was I that I could withstand God?”
  • Acts 11:18 - When they heard these things they became silent; and they glorified God, saying, “Then God has also granted to the Gentiles repentance to life.”
  • Leviticus 11:2 - “Speak to the children of Israel, saying, ‘These are the animals which you may eat among all the animals that are on the earth:
  • Leviticus 11:3 - Among the animals, whatever divides the hoof, having cloven hooves and chewing the cud—that you may eat.
  • Leviticus 11:4 - Nevertheless these you shall not eat among those that chew the cud or those that have cloven hooves: the camel, because it chews the cud but does not have cloven hooves, is unclean to you;

  • Leviticus 11:8 - Their flesh you shall not eat, and their carcasses you shall not touch. They are unclean to you.
  • Leviticus 11:9 - ‘These you may eat of all that are in the water: whatever in the water has fins and scales, whether in the seas or in the rivers—that you may eat.
  • Leviticus 11:10 - But all in the seas or in the rivers that do not have fins and scales, all that move in the water or any living thing which is in the water, they are an abomination to you.
  • Leviticus 11:11 - They shall be an abomination to you; you shall not eat their flesh, but you shall regard their carcasses as an abomination.
  • Leviticus 11:12 - Whatever in the water does not have fins or scales—that shall be an abomination to you.
  • Leviticus 11:13 - ‘And these you shall regard as an abomination among the birds; they shall not be eaten, they are an abomination: the eagle, the vulture, the buzzard,

  • Leviticus 11:22 - These you may eat: the locust after its kind, the destroying locust after its kind, the cricket after its kind, and the grasshopper after its kind.
  • Leviticus 11:23 - But all other flying insects which have four feet shall be an abomination to you.
  • Leviticus 11:24 - ‘By these you shall become unclean; whoever touches the carcass of any of them shall be unclean until evening;
  • Leviticus 11:25 - whoever carries part of the carcass of any of them shall wash his clothes and be unclean until evening:
  • Leviticus 11:26 - The carcass of any animal which divides the foot, but is not cloven-hoofed or does not chew the cud, is unclean to you. Everyone who touches it shall be unclean.
  • Leviticus 11:27 - And whatever goes on its paws, among all kinds of animals that go on all fours, those are unclean to you. Whoever touches any such carcass shall be unclean until evening.
  • Leviticus 11:28 - Whoever carries any such carcass shall wash his clothes and be unclean until evening. It is unclean to you.
  • Leviticus 11:29 - ‘These also shall be unclean to you among the creeping things that creep on the earth: the mole, the mouse, and the large lizard after its kind;
  • Leviticus 11:30 - the gecko, the monitor lizard, the sand reptile, the sand lizard, and the chameleon.
  • Leviticus 11:31 - These are unclean to you among all that creep. Whoever touches them when they are dead shall be unclean until evening.
  • Leviticus 11:32 - Anything on which any of them falls, when they are dead shall be unclean, whether it is any item of wood or clothing or skin or sack, whatever item it is, in which any work is done, it must be put in water. And it shall be unclean until evening; then it shall be clean.
  • Leviticus 11:33 - Any earthen vessel into which any of them falls you shall break; and whatever is in it shall be unclean:
  • Leviticus 11:34 - in such a vessel, any edible food upon which water falls becomes unclean, and any drink that may be drunk from it becomes unclean.
  • Leviticus 11:35 - And everything on which a part of any such carcass falls shall be unclean; whether it is an oven or cooking stove, it shall be broken down; for they are unclean, and shall be unclean to you.
  • Leviticus 11:36 - Nevertheless a spring or a cistern, in which there is plenty of water, shall be clean, but whatever touches any such carcass becomes unclean.
  • Leviticus 11:37 - And if a part of any such carcass falls on any planting seed which is to be sown, it remains clean.
  • Leviticus 11:38 - But if water is put on the seed, and if a part of any such carcass falls on it, it becomes unclean to you.
  • Leviticus 11:39 - ‘And if any animal which you may eat dies, he who touches its carcass shall be unclean until evening.
  • Leviticus 11:40 - He who eats of its carcass shall wash his clothes and be unclean until evening. He also who carries its carcass shall wash his clothes and be unclean until evening.
  • Leviticus 11:41 - ‘And every creeping thing that creeps on the earth shall be an abomination. It shall not be eaten.
  • Leviticus 11:42 - Whatever crawls on its belly, whatever goes on all fours, or whatever has many feet among all creeping things that creep on the earth—these you shall not eat, for they are an abomination.
  • Leviticus 11:43 - You shall not make yourselves abominable with any creeping thing that creeps; nor shall you make yourselves unclean with them, lest you be defiled by them.
  • Leviticus 11:44 - For I am the Lord your God. You shall therefore consecrate yourselves, and you shall be holy; for I am holy. Neither shall you defile yourselves with any creeping thing that creeps on the earth.
  • Leviticus 11:45 - For I am the Lord who brings you up out of the land of Egypt, to be your God. You shall therefore be holy, for I am holy.
  • Leviticus 11:46 - ‘This is the law of the animals and the birds and every living creature that moves in the waters, and of every creature that creeps on the earth,
  • Leviticus 11:47 - to distinguish between the unclean and the clean, and between the animal that may be eaten and the animal that may not be eaten.’ ”
  • Nehemiah 10:31 - if the peoples of the land brought wares or any grain to sell on the Sabbath day, we would not buy it from them on the Sabbath, or on a holy day; and we would forego the seventh year’s produce and the exacting of every debt.
  • Isaiah 1:13 - Bring no more futile sacrifices; Incense is an abomination to Me. The New Moons, the Sabbaths, and the calling of assemblies— I cannot endure iniquity and the sacred meeting.
  • 1 Samuel 20:18 - Then Jonathan said to David, “Tomorrow is the New Moon; and you will be missed, because your seat will be empty.
  • Amos 8:5 - Saying: “When will the New Moon be past, That we may sell grain? And the Sabbath, That we may trade wheat? Making the ephah small and the shekel large, Falsifying the scales by deceit,
  • Ezekiel 46:1 - ‘Thus says the Lord God: “The gateway of the inner court that faces toward the east shall be shut the six working days; but on the Sabbath it shall be opened, and on the day of the New Moon it shall be opened.
  • Ezekiel 46:2 - The prince shall enter by way of the vestibule of the gateway from the outside, and stand by the gatepost. The priests shall prepare his burnt offering and his peace offerings. He shall worship at the threshold of the gate. Then he shall go out, but the gate shall not be shut until evening.
  • Ezekiel 46:3 - Likewise the people of the land shall worship at the entrance to this gateway before the Lord on the Sabbaths and the New Moons.
  • Leviticus 16:31 - It is a sabbath of solemn rest for you, and you shall afflict your souls. It is a statute forever.
  • 1 Corinthians 10:28 - But if anyone says to you, “This was offered to idols,” do not eat it for the sake of the one who told you, and for conscience’ sake; for “the earth is the Lord’s, and all its fullness.”
  • 1 Corinthians 10:29 - “Conscience,” I say, not your own, but that of the other. For why is my liberty judged by another man’s conscience?
  • 1 Corinthians 10:30 - But if I partake with thanks, why am I evil spoken of for the food over which I give thanks?

  • Hebrews 9:10 - concerned only with foods and drinks, various washings, and fleshly ordinances imposed until the time of reformation.
  • Numbers 28:1 - Now the Lord spoke to Moses, saying,
  • Numbers 28:2 - “Command the children of Israel, and say to them, ‘My offering, My food for My offerings made by fire as a sweet aroma to Me, you shall be careful to offer to Me at their appointed time.’
  • Numbers 28:3 - “And you shall say to them, ‘This is the offering made by fire which you shall offer to the Lord: two male lambs in their first year without blemish, day by day, as a regular burnt offering.
  • Numbers 28:4 - The one lamb you shall offer in the morning, the other lamb you shall offer in the evening,
  • Numbers 28:5 - and one-tenth of an ephah of fine flour as a grain offering mixed with one-fourth of a hin of pressed oil.
  • Numbers 28:6 - It is a regular burnt offering which was ordained at Mount Sinai for a sweet aroma, an offering made by fire to the Lord.
  • Numbers 28:7 - And its drink offering shall be one-fourth of a hin for each lamb; in a holy place you shall pour out the drink to the Lord as an offering.
  • Numbers 28:8 - The other lamb you shall offer in the evening; as the morning grain offering and its drink offering, you shall offer it as an offering made by fire, a sweet aroma to the Lord.
  • Numbers 28:9 - ‘And on the Sabbath day two lambs in their first year, without blemish, and two-tenths of an ephah of fine flour as a grain offering, mixed with oil, with its drink offering—
  • Numbers 28:10 - this is the burnt offering for every Sabbath, besides the regular burnt offering with its drink offering.
  • Numbers 28:11 - ‘At the beginnings of your months you shall present a burnt offering to the Lord: two young bulls, one ram, and seven lambs in their first year, without blemish;
  • Numbers 28:12 - three-tenths of an ephah of fine flour as a grain offering, mixed with oil, for each bull; two-tenths of an ephah of fine flour as a grain offering, mixed with oil, for the one ram;
  • Numbers 28:13 - and one-tenth of an ephah of fine flour, mixed with oil, as a grain offering for each lamb, as a burnt offering of sweet aroma, an offering made by fire to the Lord.
  • Numbers 28:14 - Their drink offering shall be half a hin of wine for a bull, one-third of a hin for a ram, and one-fourth of a hin for a lamb; this is the burnt offering for each month throughout the months of the year.
  • Numbers 28:15 - Also one kid of the goats as a sin offering to the Lord shall be offered, besides the regular burnt offering and its drink offering.
  • Numbers 28:16 - ‘On the fourteenth day of the first month is the Passover of the Lord.
  • Numbers 28:17 - And on the fifteenth day of this month is the feast; unleavened bread shall be eaten for seven days.
  • Numbers 28:18 - On the first day you shall have a holy convocation. You shall do no customary work.
  • Numbers 28:19 - And you shall present an offering made by fire as a burnt offering to the Lord: two young bulls, one ram, and seven lambs in their first year. Be sure they are without blemish.
  • Numbers 28:20 - Their grain offering shall be of fine flour mixed with oil: three-tenths of an ephah you shall offer for a bull, and two-tenths for a ram;
  • Numbers 28:21 - you shall offer one-tenth of an ephah for each of the seven lambs;
  • Numbers 28:22 - also one goat as a sin offering, to make atonement for you.
  • Numbers 28:23 - You shall offer these besides the burnt offering of the morning, which is for a regular burnt offering.
  • Numbers 28:24 - In this manner you shall offer the food of the offering made by fire daily for seven days, as a sweet aroma to the Lord; it shall be offered besides the regular burnt offering and its drink offering.
  • Numbers 28:25 - And on the seventh day you shall have a holy convocation. You shall do no customary work.
  • Numbers 28:26 - ‘Also on the day of the firstfruits, when you bring a new grain offering to the Lord at your Feast of Weeks, you shall have a holy convocation. You shall do no customary work.
  • Numbers 28:27 - You shall present a burnt offering as a sweet aroma to the Lord: two young bulls, one ram, and seven lambs in their first year,
  • Numbers 28:28 - with their grain offering of fine flour mixed with oil: three-tenths of an ephah for each bull, two-tenths for the one ram,
  • Numbers 28:29 - and one-tenth for each of the seven lambs;
  • Mark 7:19 - because it does not enter his heart but his stomach, and is eliminated, thus purifying all foods?”
  • James 4:11 - Do not speak evil of one another, brethren. He who speaks evil of a brother and judges his brother, speaks evil of the law and judges the law. But if you judge the law, you are not a doer of the law but a judge.
  • Mark 2:27 - And He said to them, “The Sabbath was made for man, and not man for the Sabbath.

  • Romans 14:20 - Do not destroy the work of God for the sake of food. All things indeed are pure, but it is evil for the man who eats with offense.
  • Romans 14:21 - It is good neither to eat meat nor drink wine nor do anything by which your brother stumbles or is offended or is made weak.
  • Nehemiah 10:33 - for the showbread, for the regular grain offering, for the regular burnt offering of the Sabbaths, the New Moons, and the set feasts; for the holy things, for the sin offerings to make atonement for Israel, and all the work of the house of our God.
  • Hebrews 13:9 - Do not be carried about with various and strange doctrines. For it is good that the heart be established by grace, not with foods which have not profited those who have been occupied with them.
  • Matthew 15:11 - Not what goes into the mouth defiles a man; but what comes out of the mouth, this defiles a man.”
  • Romans 14:2 - For one believes he may eat all things, but he who is weak eats only vegetables.
  • Romans 14:3 - Let not him who eats despise him who does not eat, and let not him who does not eat judge him who eats; for God has received him.
  • Ezekiel 45:17 - Then it shall be the prince’s part to give burnt offerings, grain offerings, and drink offerings, at the feasts, the New Moons, the Sabbaths, and at all the appointed seasons of the house of Israel. He shall prepare the sin offering, the grain offering, the burnt offering, and the peace offerings to make atonement for the house of Israel.”
  • Galatians 4:10 - You observe days and months and seasons and years.
  • 1 Chronicles 23:31 - and at every presentation of a burnt offering to the Lord on the Sabbaths and on the New Moons and on the set feasts, by number according to the ordinance governing them, regularly before the Lord;
  • Romans 14:13 - Therefore let us not judge one another anymore, but rather resolve this, not to put a stumbling block or a cause to fall in our brother’s way.
