2 Samuel 21:3 - David said to the Gibeonites, “What should I do for you? And how can I make amends, so that you will bless the inheritance of the Lord?”
2 Samuel 21:4 - Then the Gibeonites said to him, “For us it is not a matter of silver or gold with Saul or his house, nor is it for us to put anyone to death in Israel.” Nevertheless David said, “I will do for you whatever you say.”
2 Samuel 21:5 - So they said to the king, “The man who destroyed us and who planned to eliminate us so that we would not exist within any border of Israel—
2 Samuel 21:6 - let seven men from his sons be given to us, and we will hang them before the Lord in Gibeah of Saul, the chosen of the Lord.” And the king said, “I will give them.”
2 Samuel 21:7 - But the king spared Mephibosheth, the son of Jonathan, the son of Saul, because of the oath of the Lord which was between them, between David and Saul’s son Jonathan.
2 Samuel 21:8 - So the king took the two sons of Rizpah the daughter of Aiah, Armoni and Mephibosheth whom she had borne to Saul, and the five sons of Merab the daughter of Saul, whom she had borne to Adriel the son of Barzillai the Meholathite.
2 Samuel 21:9 - Then he handed them over to the Gibeonites, and they hanged them on the mountain before the Lord, so that the seven of them fell together; and they were put to death in the first days of harvest at the beginning of barley harvest.
2 Samuel 21:10 - And Rizpah the daughter of Aiah took sackcloth and spread it out for herself on the rock, from the beginning of harvest until it rained on them from the sky; and she allowed neither the birds of the sky to rest on them by day nor the wild animals by night.
2 Samuel 21:11 - When it was reported to David what Rizpah the daughter of Aiah, the concubine of Saul, had done,
2 Samuel 21:12 - then David went and took the bones of Saul and the bones of his son Jonathan from the citizens of Jabesh-gilead, who had stolen them from the public square of Beth-shan, where the Philistines had hanged them on the day the Philistines struck and killed Saul in Gilboa.
2 Samuel 21:13 - He brought up from there the bones of Saul and the bones of his son Jonathan, and they gathered the bones of those who had been hanged.
2 Samuel 21:14 - Then they buried the bones of Saul and his son Jonathan in the country of Benjamin in Zela, in the grave of his father Kish; So they did everything that the king commanded, and after that God responded to prayer for the land.
1 Chronicles 21:22 - Then David said to Ornan, “Give me the site of this threshing floor, so that I may build on it an altar to the Lord; you shall give it to me for the full price, so that the plague may be brought to a halt from the people.”

Genesis 23:10 - Now Ephron was sitting among the sons of Heth; and Ephron the Hittite answered Abraham so that the sons of Heth heard, that is, all who entered the gate of his city, saying,
Genesis 23:11 - “No, my lord, listen to me; I give you the field, and I give you the cave that is in it. In the presence of the sons of my people I give it to you; bury your dead.”
Genesis 23:12 - And Abraham bowed before the people of the land.
Genesis 23:13 - But he spoke to Ephron so that the people of the land heard, saying, “If you will only please listen to me; I will give the price of the field, accept it from me so that I may bury my dead there.”
Genesis 23:14 - Then Ephron answered Abraham, saying to him,
Genesis 23:15 - “My lord, listen to me: a plot of land worth four hundred shekels of silver—what is that between me and you? So bury your dead.”
Genesis 23:16 - Abraham listened to Ephron; and Abraham weighed out for Ephron the silver which he had named in the presence of the sons of Heth, four hundred shekels of silver, currency acceptable to a merchant.
Psalms 106:30 - Then Phinehas stood up and intervened, And so the plague was brought to a halt.
Numbers 25:8 - and he went after the man of Israel into the inner room of the tent and pierced both of them, the man of Israel and the woman, through the abdomen. So the plague on the sons of Israel was brought to a halt.

Numbers 16:47 - Then Aaron took it just as Moses had spoken, and he ran into the midst of the assembly; and behold, the plague had begun among the people. So he put on the incense and made atonement for the people.
Numbers 16:48 - And he took his stand between the dead and the living, so that the plague was brought to a halt.
Numbers 16:49 - But those who died by the plague were 14,700 in number, besides those who died on account of Korah.
Numbers 16:50 - Then Aaron returned to Moses at the entrance of the tent of meeting, for the plague had been brought to a halt.
2 Samuel 24:18 - So Gad came to David that day and said to him, “Go up, erect an altar to the Lord on the threshing floor of Araunah the Jebusite.”
Jeremiah 32:6 - And Jeremiah said, “The word of the Lord came to me, saying,
Jeremiah 32:7 - ‘Behold, Hanamel the son of Shallum your uncle is coming to you, saying, “Buy for yourself my field which is at Anathoth, for you have the right of redemption to buy it.” ’
Jeremiah 32:8 - Then my uncle’s son Hanamel came to me in the courtyard of the guard in accordance with the word of the Lord and said to me, ‘Buy my field, please, that is at Anathoth, which is in the land of Benjamin; for you have the right of possession and the redemption is yours; buy it for yourself.’ Then I knew that this was the word of the Lord.
Jeremiah 32:9 - “So I bought the field which was in Anathoth from Hanamel my uncle’s son, and I weighed out the silver for him, seventeen shekels of silver.
Jeremiah 32:10 - And I signed and sealed the deed, and called in witnesses, and weighed out the silver on the scales.
Jeremiah 32:11 - Then I took the deeds of purchase, both the sealed copy containing the terms and conditions and the open copy;
Jeremiah 32:12 - and I gave the deed of purchase to Baruch the son of Neriah, the son of Mahseiah, in the sight of Hanamel my uncle’s son and in the sight of the witnesses who signed the deed of purchase, in the sight of all the Jews who were sitting in the courtyard of the guard.
Jeremiah 32:13 - And I commanded Baruch in their sight, saying,
Jeremiah 32:14 - ‘This is what the Lord of armies, the God of Israel says: “Take these deeds, this sealed deed of purchase and this open deed, and put them in an earthenware jar, so that they may last a long time.”
