Deuteronomy 9:27 - Please overlook the stubbornness and the awful sin of these people, and remember instead your servants Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.
Deuteronomy 9:28 - If you destroy these people, the Egyptians will say, “The Israelites died because the Lord wasn’t able to bring them to the land he had promised to give them.” Or they might say, “He destroyed them because he hated them; he deliberately took them into the wilderness to slaughter them.”
Deuteronomy 9:29 - But they are your people and your special possession, whom you brought out of Egypt by your great strength and powerful arm.’
Deuteronomy 7:6 - For you are a holy people, who belong to the Lord your God. Of all the people on earth, the Lord your God has chosen you to be his own special treasure.
Deuteronomy 7:7 - “The Lord did not set his heart on you and choose you because you were more numerous than other nations, for you were the smallest of all nations!
Deuteronomy 7:8 - Rather, it was simply that the Lord loves you, and he was keeping the oath he had sworn to your ancestors. That is why the Lord rescued you with such a strong hand from your slavery and from the oppressive hand of Pharaoh, king of Egypt.
1 Peter 2:9 - But you are not like that, for you are a chosen people. You are royal priests, a holy nation, God’s very own possession. As a result, you can show others the goodness of God, for he called you out of the darkness into his wonderful light.
Deuteronomy 33:1 - This is the blessing that Moses, the man of God, gave to the people of Israel before his death:
Deuteronomy 33:2 - “The Lord came from Mount Sinai and dawned upon us from Mount Seir; he shone forth from Mount Paran and came from Meribah-kadesh with flaming fire at his right hand.
Deuteronomy 33:3 - Indeed, he loves his people; all his holy ones are in his hands. They follow in his steps and accept his teaching.
2 Corinthians 6:14 - Don’t team up with those who are unbelievers. How can righteousness be a partner with wickedness? How can light live with darkness?
2 Corinthians 6:15 - What harmony can there be between Christ and the devil ? How can a believer be a partner with an unbeliever?
2 Corinthians 6:16 - And what union can there be between God’s temple and idols? For we are the temple of the living God. As God said: “I will live in them and walk among them. I will be their God, and they will be my people.
2 Corinthians 6:17 - Therefore, come out from among unbelievers, and separate yourselves from them, says the Lord. Don’t touch their filthy things, and I will welcome you.
2 Corinthians 6:18 - And I will be your Father, and you will be my sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty. ”
Titus 2:14 - He gave his life to free us from every kind of sin, to cleanse us, and to make us his very own people, totally committed to doing good deeds.
Deuteronomy 4:34 - Has any other god dared to take a nation for himself out of another nation by means of trials, miraculous signs, wonders, war, a strong hand, a powerful arm, and terrifying acts? Yet that is what the Lord your God did for you in Egypt, right before your eyes.
Ephesians 1:18 - I pray that your hearts will be flooded with light so that you can understand the confident hope he has given to those he called—his holy people who are his rich and glorious inheritance.
Deuteronomy 14:2 - You have been set apart as holy to the Lord your God, and he has chosen you from all the nations of the earth to be his own special treasure.
Exodus 19:5 - Now if you will obey me and keep my covenant, you will be my own special treasure from among all the peoples on earth; for all the earth belongs to me.
Exodus 19:6 - And you will be my kingdom of priests, my holy nation.’ This is the message you must give to the people of Israel.”
Deuteronomy 32:9 - “For the people of Israel belong to the Lord; Jacob is his special possession.
