When the young man heard this, he went away sad. He was very rich. Then Jesus said to his disciples,“ What I’m about to tell you is true. It is hard for someone who is rich to enter the kingdom of heaven.Again I tell you, it is hard for a camel to go through the eye of a needle. But it is even harder for someone who is rich to enter the kingdom of God.”When the disciples heard this, they were really amazed. They asked,“ Then who can be saved?”Jesus looked at them and said,“ With people, this is impossible. But with God, all things are possible.”Peter answered him,“ We have left everything to follow you! What reward will be given to us?”

But first let me go back and say goodbye to my family.”Jesus replied,“ Suppose someone starts to plow and then looks back. That person is not fit for service in God’s kingdom.”
