And Sarah saw the son of Hagar the Egyptian, whom she had borne unto Abraham, mocking.Wherefore she said unto Abraham, Cast out this handmaid and her son: for the son of this handmaid shall not be heir with my son, even with Isaac.

Genesis 17:19-21
And God said, Nay, but Sarah thy wife shall bear thee a son; and thou shalt call his name Isaac: and I will establish my covenant with him for an everlasting covenant for his seed after him.And as for Ishmael, I have heard thee: behold, I have blessed him, and will make him fruitful, and will multiply him exceedingly; twelve princes shall he beget, and I will make him a great nation.But my covenant will I establish with Isaac, whom Sarah shall bear unto thee at this set time in the next year.

And God said unto Abraham, Let it not be grievous in thy sight because of the lad, and because of thy handmaid; in all that Sarah saith unto thee, hearken unto her voice; for in Isaac shall thy seed be called.

Genesis 21:2-5
And Sarah conceived, and bare Abraham a son in his old age, at the set time of which God had spoken to him.And Abraham called the name of his son that was born unto him, whom Sarah bare to him, Isaac.And Abraham circumcised his son Isaac when he was eight days old, as God had commanded him.And Abraham was a hundred years old, when his son Isaac was born unto him.

And the angel of Jehovah said unto her, Behold, thou art with child, and shalt bear a son; and thou shalt call his name Ishmael, because Jehovah hath heard thy affliction.And he shall be as a wild ass among men; his hand shall be against every man, and every man’s hand against him; and he shall dwell over against all his brethren.And she called the name of Jehovah that spake unto her, Thou art a God that seeth: for she said, Have I even here looked after him that seeth me?Wherefore the well was called Beer- lahai- roi; behold, it is between Kadesh and Bered.And Hagar bare Abram a son: and Abram called the name of his son, whom Hagar bare, Ishmael.And Abram was fourscore and six years old, when Hagar bare Ishmael to Abram.
