- Micah 5:2 - But you, Bethlehem Ephrathah, being small among the clans of Judah, out of you one will come out to me that is to be ruler in Israel; whose goings out are from of old, from ancient times.
- Psalms 128:3 - Your wife will be as a fruitful vine in the innermost parts of your house, your children like olive plants around your table.
- Psalms 128:4 - Behold, thus is the man blessed who fears Yahweh.
- Psalms 128:5 - May Yahweh bless you out of Zion, and may you see the good of Jerusalem all the days of your life.
- Psalms 128:6 - Yes, may you see your children’s children. Peace be upon Israel.
- Genesis 35:16 - They traveled from Bethel. There was still some distance to come to Ephrath, and Rachel travailed. She had hard labor.
- Genesis 35:17 - When she was in hard labor, the midwife said to her, “Don’t be afraid, for now you will have another son.”
- Genesis 35:18 - As her soul was departing (for she died), she named him Benoni, but his father named him Benjamin.
- Genesis 35:19 - Rachel died, and was buried on the way to Ephrath (also called Bethlehem).
- Genesis 35:20 - Jacob set up a pillar on her grave. The same is the Pillar of Rachel’s grave to this day.
- Psalms 127:3 - Behold, children are a heritage of Yahweh. The fruit of the womb is his reward.
