2 Samuel 6:6 - When they came to Nacon’s threshing floor, Uzzah reached out [with his hand] to the ark of God and took hold of it, because the oxen [stumbled and] nearly overturned it.
2 Samuel 6:7 - And the anger of the Lord burned against Uzzah, and God struck him there for his irreverence; and he died there by the ark of God.
2 Samuel 6:8 - David became angry and grieved and offended because of the Lord’s outburst against Uzzah, and that place has been called Perez-uzzah (outburst against Uzzah) to this day.
2 Samuel 6:9 - So David was afraid of the Lord that day; and he said, “How can the ark of the Lord come to me?”
Numbers 3:27 - Of Kohath were the families of the Amramites, the Izharites, the Hebronites, and the Uzzielites; these are the families of the Kohathites.

Exodus 26:32 - You shall hang it on four pillars (support poles) of acacia wood overlaid with gold, with gold hooks, on four silver sockets.
Exodus 26:33 - You shall hang the veil from the hooks [that connect the curtains together], and you shall bring the ark of the Testimony there within the veil. The veil shall separate for you the Holy Place and the Holy of Holies.
Exodus 37:1 - Bezalel made the ark [of the covenant] of acacia wood—it was two and a half cubits long, and one and a half cubits wide, and one and a half cubits high.
Exodus 37:2 - And he overlaid it with pure gold inside and out, and made a molding (border) of gold to go all around [the top of it].
Exodus 37:3 - He cast four rings of gold for it on its four feet, two rings on one side and two rings on the other side.
Exodus 37:4 - He made carrying poles of acacia wood and overlaid them with gold.
Exodus 37:5 - He put the carrying poles through the rings at the sides of the ark, to carry it.
Exodus 37:6 - Bezalel made the mercy seat of pure gold; it was two and a half cubits long, and one and a half cubits wide.
Exodus 37:7 - He made two cherubim of hammered gold; he made them at the two ends of the mercy seat,
Exodus 37:8 - one cherub at one end and one cherub at the other end; he made the cherubim [of one piece] with the mercy seat at the two ends.
Exodus 37:9 - The cherubim spread out their wings upward, covering and protecting the mercy seat with their wings, with their faces toward each other; the faces of the cherubim were [looking downward] toward the mercy seat.
Isaiah 25:7 - And on this mountain He will destroy the covering that is [cast] over all peoples, And the veil [of death] that is woven and spread over all the nations.
Matthew 27:51 - And [at once] the veil [of the Holy of Holies] of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom; the earth shook and the rocks were split apart.
