Jeremias 23:15 - Por isso assim diz o Senhor dos Exércitos acerca dos profetas: “Eu os farei comer comida amarga e beber água envenenada, porque dos profetas de Jerusalém a impiedade se espalhou por toda esta terra”.
Jeremias 5:31 - Os profetas profetizam mentiras, os sacerdotes governam por sua própria autoridade, e o meu povo gosta dessas coisas. Mas o que vocês farão quando tudo isso chegar ao fim?
2 Crônicas 13:10 - “Quanto a nós, o Senhor é o nosso Deus, e não o abandonamos. Os nossos sacerdotes, que servem ao Senhor auxiliados pelos levitas, são descendentes de Arão.
1 Timóteo 4:13 - Até a minha chegada, dedique-se à leitura pública da Escritura, à exortação e ao ensino.
1 Timóteo 4:14 - Não negligencie o dom que foi dado a você por mensagem profética com imposição de mãos dos presbíteros.
1 Timóteo 4:15 - Seja diligente nessas coisas; dedique-se inteiramente a elas, para que todos vejam o seu progresso.
1 Timóteo 4:16 - Atente bem para a sua própria vida e para a doutrina, perseverando nesses deveres, pois, agindo assim, você salvará tanto você mesmo quanto aos que o ouvem.
Números 1:50 - Em vez disso, designe os levitas como responsáveis pelo tabernáculo que guarda as tábuas da aliança, por todos os seus utensílios e por tudo o que pertence a ele. Eles transportarão o tabernáculo e todos os seus utensílios; cuidarão dele e acamparão ao seu redor.
Números 18:2 - Traga também os seus irmãos levitas, que pertencem à tribo de seus antepassados, para se unirem a você e o ajudarem quando você e seus filhos ministrarem perante a tenda que guarda as tábuas da aliança.
Números 18:3 - Eles ficarão a seu serviço e cuidarão também do serviço da Tenda, mas não poderão aproximar-se dos utensílios do santuário ou do altar; se o fizerem, morrerão, tanto eles como vocês.
Números 18:4 - Eles se unirão a vocês e terão a responsabilidade de cuidar da Tenda do Encontro, realizando todos os trabalhos necessários. Ninguém mais poderá aproximar-se de vocês.
Números 18:5 - “Vocês terão a responsabilidade de cuidar do santuário e do altar, para que não torne a cair a ira divina sobre os israelitas.
Números 8:24 - “Isto diz respeito aos levitas: os homens de vinte e cinco anos para cima, aptos para servir, tomarão parte no trabalho que se faz na Tenda do Encontro,
Números 8:25 - mas aos cinquenta anos deverão afastar-se do serviço regular e nele não mais trabalharão.
Números 8:26 - Poderão ajudar seus companheiros de ofício na responsabilidade de cuidar da Tenda do Encontro, mas eles mesmos não deverão fazer o trabalho. Assim você designará as responsabilidades dos levitas”.
Números 31:47 - Da metade pertencente aos israelitas, Moisés escolheu um de cada cinquenta, tanto de pessoas como de animais, conforme o Senhor lhe tinha ordenado, e os entregou aos levitas, encarregados de cuidar do tabernáculo do Senhor.
Números 8:19 - Dentre todos os israelitas, dediquei os levitas como dádivas a Arão e aos seus filhos; eles ministrarão na Tenda do Encontro em nome dos israelitas e farão propiciação por eles, para que nenhuma praga atinja os israelitas quando se aproximarem do santuário”.
Números 31:30 - Da metade dada aos israelitas, escolham um de cada cinquenta, sejam pessoas, bois, jumentos, ovelhas ou bodes. Entreguem-nos aos levitas, encarregados de cuidar do tabernáculo do Senhor”.
Números 3:7 - Eles cuidarão das obrigações próprias da Tenda do Encontro, fazendo o serviço do tabernáculo para Arão e para toda a comunidade.
Números 3:8 - Tomarão conta de todos os utensílios da Tenda do Encontro, cumprindo as obrigações dos israelitas no serviço do tabernáculo.
Levítico 10:6 - Então Moisés disse a Arão e a seus filhos Eleazar e Itamar: “Não andem descabelados nem rasguem as roupas em sinal de luto, senão vocês morrerão e a ira do Senhor cairá sobre toda a comunidade. Mas os seus parentes, e toda a nação de Israel, poderão chorar por aqueles que o Senhor destruiu pelo fogo.
1 Crônicas 23:32 - Dessa maneira os levitas ficaram responsáveis pela Tenda do Encontro, pelo Lugar Santo e pela assistência aos seus irmãos, os descendentes de Arão, e pelo serviço do templo do Senhor.
Números 16:46 - e Moisés disse a Arão: “Pegue o seu incensário e ponha incenso nele, com fogo tirado do altar, e vá depressa até a comunidade para fazer propiciação por eles, porque saiu grande ira da parte do Senhor e a praga começou”.
