Lucas 24:44 - E disse-lhes: “Foi isso que eu falei enquanto ainda estava com vocês: Era necessário que se cumprisse tudo o que a meu respeito está escrito na Lei de Moisés, nos Profetas e nos Salmos”.
Lucas 24:45 - Então lhes abriu o entendimento, para que pudessem compreender as Escrituras.
Lucas 24:46 - E lhes disse: “Está escrito que o Cristo haveria de sofrer e ressuscitar dos mortos no terceiro dia,
Marcos 9:12 - Jesus respondeu: “De fato, Elias vem primeiro e restaura todas as coisas. Então, por que está escrito que é necessário que o Filho do homem sofra muito e seja rejeitado com desprezo?
Marcos 8:31 - Então ele começou a ensinar-lhes que era necessário que o Filho do homem sofresse muitas coisas e fosse rejeitado pelos líderes religiosos, pelos chefes dos sacerdotes e pelos mestres da lei, fosse morto e três dias depois ressuscitasse.
Mateus 20:18 - “Estamos subindo para Jerusalém, e o Filho do homem será entregue aos chefes dos sacerdotes e aos mestres da lei. Eles o condenarão à morte
Mateus 20:19 - e o entregarão aos gentios para que zombem dele, o açoitem e o crucifiquem. No terceiro dia ele ressuscitará!” ( Mc 10.35-45 )
Mateus 16:21 - Desde aquele momento Jesus começou a explicar aos seus discípulos que era necessário que ele fosse para Jerusalém e sofresse muitas coisas nas mãos dos líderes religiosos, dos chefes dos sacerdotes e dos mestres da lei, e fosse morto e ressuscitasse no terceiro dia.
