  • Psalms 69:13 - But as for me, my prayer is unto thee, O Jehovah, in an acceptable time: O God, in the abundance of thy lovingkindness, Answer me in the truth of thy salvation.
  • Psalms 69:14 - Deliver me out of the mire, and let me not sink: Let me be delivered from them that hate me, and out of the deep waters.
  • Psalms 69:15 - Let not the waterflood overwhelm me, Neither let the deep swallow me up; And let not the pit shut its mouth upon me.
  • Psalms 69:16 - Answer me, O Jehovah; for thy lovingkindness is good: According to the multitude of thy tender mercies turn thou unto me.

  • Psalms 69:22 - Let their table before them become a snare; And when they are in peace, let it become a trap.

  • Psalms 69:27 - Add iniquity unto their iniquity; And let them not come into thy righteousness.

  • Psalms 69:29 - But I am poor and sorrowful: Let thy salvation, O God, set me up on high.

  • Psalms 22:29 - All the fat ones of the earth shall eat and worship: All they that go down to the dust shall bow before him, Even he that cannot keep his soul alive.
  • Psalms 22:30 - A seed shall serve him; It shall be told of the Lord unto the next generation.
  • Psalms 22:31 - They shall come and shall declare his righteousness Unto a people that shall be born, that he hath done it.
  • Luke 1:16 - And many of the children of Israel shall he turn unto the Lord their God.
  • Luke 1:17 - And he shall go before his face in the spirit and power of Elijah, to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the disobedient to walk in the wisdom of the just; to make ready for the Lord a people prepared for him.

  • Isaiah 53:4 - Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows; yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.
  • Isaiah 53:5 - But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.
  • Isaiah 53:6 - All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and Jehovah hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.
  • Isaiah 53:7 - He was oppressed, yet when he was afflicted he opened not his mouth; as a lamb that is led to the slaughter, and as a sheep that before its shearers is dumb, so he opened not his mouth.
  • Isaiah 53:8 - By oppression and judgment he was taken away; and as for his generation, who among them considered that he was cut off out of the land of the living for the transgression of my people to whom the stroke was due?
  • Isaiah 53:9 - And they made his grave with the wicked, and with a rich man in his death; although he had done no violence, neither was any deceit in his mouth.
  • Isaiah 53:10 - Yet it pleased Jehovah to bruise him; he hath put him to grief: when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see his seed, he shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of Jehovah shall prosper in his hand.
  • Isaiah 53:11 - He shall see of the travail of his soul, and shall be satisfied: by the knowledge of himself shall my righteous servant justify many; and he shall bear their iniquities.
  • Isaiah 53:12 - Therefore will I divide him a portion with the great, and he shall divide the spoil with the strong; because he poured out his soul unto death, and was numbered with the transgressors: yet he bare the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors.
