  • Deuteronomy 32:25 - In the street the sword will make them childless; in their homes terror will reign. The young men and young women will perish, the infants and those with gray hair.
  • Haggai 2:16 - When anyone came to a heap of twenty measures, there were only ten. When anyone went to a wine vat to draw fifty measures, there were only twenty.
  • Isaiah 24:17 - Terror and pit and snare await you, people of the earth.
