  • Mark 9:22 - It has often thrown him into fire or water to destroy him. But if you are able to do anything, have compassion on us and help us.”

  • Mark 10:46 - They came to Jericho. As Jesus and his disciples and a large crowd were leaving Jericho, Bartimaeus the son of Timaeus, a blind beggar, was sitting by the road.
  • Mark 10:47 - When he heard that it was Jesus the Nazarene, he began to shout, “Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!”
  • Mark 10:48 - Many scolded him to get him to be quiet, but he shouted all the more, “Son of David, have mercy on me!”
  • Mark 11:10 - Blessed is the coming kingdom of our father David! Hosanna in the highest!”
  • Luke 18:38 - So he called out, “Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!”
  • Luke 18:39 - And those who were in front scolded him to get him to be quiet, but he shouted even more, “Son of David, have mercy on me!”
  • Matthew 11:5 - The blind see, the lame walk, lepers are cleansed, the deaf hear, the dead are raised, and the poor have good news proclaimed to them.
  • Matthew 17:15 - and said, “Lord, have mercy on my son, because he has seizures and suffers terribly, for he often falls into the fire and into the water.
  • Matthew 20:30 - Two blind men were sitting by the road. When they heard that Jesus was passing by, they shouted, “Have mercy on us, Lord, Son of David!”

  • Matthew 15:22 - A Canaanite woman from that area came and cried out, “Have mercy on me, Lord, Son of David! My daughter is horribly demon-possessed!”
