Leviticus 23:11 - He must lift up the grain and wave it in front of the Lord. Then the Lord will accept it from you. The priest must wave it on the day after the Sabbath.
Leviticus 23:12 - On the day he waves the grain for you, you must sacrifice a burnt offering to me. It must be a lamb that does not have any flaws. It must be a year old.
Leviticus 23:13 - You must bring it together with its grain offering. The grain offering must be seven pounds of the finest flour. Mix it with olive oil. It is a food offering presented to the Lord. It has a pleasant smell. You must offer a drink offering along with the burnt offering. It must be a quart of wine.
Leviticus 23:14 - You must not eat any bread until the day you bring your offering to the Lord your God. You must not eat any cooked grain or any of your first grain until that time. This is a law that will last for all time to come. It applies no matter where you live.
Leviticus 23:15 - “ ‘The day you brought the grain for the wave offering was the day after the Sabbath. Count off seven full weeks from that day.
Leviticus 23:16 - Count off 50 days up to the day after the seventh Sabbath. On that day bring to the Lord an offering of your first grain.
Micah 3:3 - You eat my people’s bodies. You strip off their skin. You break their bones in pieces. You chop them up like meat. You put them in a cooking pot.”
Exodus 12:16 - On the first and seventh days, come together for a sacred assembly. Do not work at all on these days. The only thing you are allowed to do is prepare food for everyone to eat.
Joshua 10:26 - Joshua put the five kings to death. He stuck a pole through each of their bodies. Then he set the poles up where people could see the bodies. He left them there until evening.
Joshua 10:27 - At sunset Joshua ordered his men to take down the bodies. So they took them down from the poles and threw them into the cave where the kings had been hiding. They placed large rocks at the opening of the cave. And the rocks are still there to this day.

Joshua 8:29 - Joshua killed the king of Ai. He stuck a pole through the body. Then he set it up where people could see it. He left it there until evening. At sunset, Joshua ordered his men to remove the body from the pole. He told them to throw the body down at the entrance of the city gate. They put a large pile of rocks over the body. That pile is still there to this day.
Deuteronomy 21:22 - Suppose someone is put to death for a crime worthy of death. And a pole is stuck through their body and set up where people can see it.
Deuteronomy 21:23 - Then you must not leave the body on the pole all night. Make sure you bury it that same day. Everyone who is hung on a pole is under God’s curse. You must not make the land “unclean.” The Lord your God is giving it to you as your own.
Mark 15:42 - It was the day before the Sabbath. That day was called Preparation Day. As evening approached,
John 19:42 - That day was the Jewish Preparation Day, and the tomb was nearby. So they placed Jesus there.
