  • Jeremiah 34:5 - You will die in peace; and as spices were burned for your fathers, the former kings who were before you, so they will burn spices for you; and they will mourn for you, crying, “Oh, my lord!” ’ For I have spoken the word,” declares the Lord.
  • Daniel 5:23 - but you have risen up against the Lord of heaven; and they have brought the vessels of His house before you, and you and your nobles, your wives, and your concubines have been drinking wine out of them; and you have praised the gods of silver and gold, of bronze, iron, wood, and stone, which do not see, nor hear, nor understand. But the God in whose hand are your life-breath and all your ways, you have not glorified.
  • 2 Kings 25:13 - Now the Chaldeans smashed to pieces the bronze pillars which were in the house of the Lord, and the stands and the bronze Sea which were in the house of the Lord, and carried the bronze to Babylon.
  • Ezra 7:9 - For on the first day of the first month he began to go up from Babylon; and on the first of the fifth month he came to Jerusalem, because the good hand of his God was upon him.
  • 2 Kings 24:13 - He also brought out from there all the treasures of the house of the Lord, and the treasures of the king’s house, and he smashed all the articles of gold that Solomon king of Israel had made in the temple of the Lord, just as the Lord had said.

  • 2 Kings 24:16 - And all the valiant men, seven thousand, and the craftsmen and the smiths, a thousand, all strong and fit for war, these too the king of Babylon brought into exile to Babylon.
  • 2 Kings 24:17 - Then the king of Babylon made his uncle Mattaniah king in his place, and changed his name to Zedekiah.
  • Ezra 1:7 - Also King Cyrus brought out the articles of the house of the Lord, which Nebuchadnezzar had carried away from Jerusalem and put in the house of his gods;
  • Ezra 1:8 - and Cyrus, king of Persia, had them brought out by the hand of Mithredath the treasurer, and he counted them out to Sheshbazzar, the leader of Judah.
  • Daniel 5:1 - Belshazzar the king held a great feast for a thousand of his nobles, and he was drinking wine in the presence of the thousand.
  • Daniel 5:2 - While he tasted the wine, Belshazzar gave orders to bring the gold and silver vessels which his father Nebuchadnezzar had taken out of the temple which was in Jerusalem, so that the king and his nobles, his wives, and his concubines could drink out of them.
  • Daniel 5:3 - Then they brought the gold vessels that had been taken out of the temple, the house of God which was in Jerusalem; and the king and his nobles, his wives, and his concubines drank out of them.
  • Daniel 5:4 - They drank the wine and praised the gods of gold and silver, of bronze, iron, wood, and stone.
  • Ezra 5:13 - However, in the first year of Cyrus king of Babylon, King Cyrus issued a decree to rebuild this house of God.
  • Ezra 5:14 - Also the gold and silver utensils of the house of God which Nebuchadnezzar had taken from the temple in Jerusalem and brought them to the temple of Babylon, King Cyrus took them from the temple of Babylon and they were given to one whose name was Sheshbazzar, whom he had appointed governor.
  • Ezra 5:15 - And he said to him, “Take these utensils, go and deposit them in the temple in Jerusalem, and have the house of God rebuilt in its place.”
  • Ezra 1:11 - All the articles of gold and silver totaled 5,400. Sheshbazzar brought them all up with the exiles who went up from Babylon to Jerusalem.
  • Proverbs 21:30 - There is no wisdom, no understanding, And no plan against the Lord.
  • Jeremiah 32:5 - Then he will take Zedekiah to Babylon, and he will be there until I visit him,” declares the Lord. “If you fight against the Chaldeans, you will not succeed” ’?”

  • Ezra 7:19 - Also the utensils which are given to you for the service of the house of your God, deliver in full before the God of Jerusalem.
  • Jeremiah 29:10 - “For this is what the Lord says: ‘When seventy years have been completed for Babylon, I will visit you and fulfill My good word to you, to bring you back to this place.
