Deuteronomio 29:20 - El Señor no lo perdonará. La ira y el celo de Dios arderán contra ese hombre. Todas las maldiciones escritas en este libro caerán sobre él, y el Señor hará que desaparezca hasta el último de sus descendientes.
Jueces 1:19 - El Señor estaba con los hombres de Judá. Estos tomaron posesión de la región montañosa, pero no pudieron expulsar a los que vivían en las llanuras, porque esa gente contaba con carros de hierro.

Josué 7:13 - ¡Levántate! ¡Purifica al pueblo! Diles que se consagren para presentarse ante mí mañana, y que yo, el Señor, Dios de Israel, declaro: “¡La destrucción está en medio de ti, Israel! No podrás resistir a tus enemigos hasta que hayas quitado el oprobio que está en el pueblo”.
Deuteronomio 31:17 - Cuando esto haya sucedido, se encenderá mi ira contra ellos y los abandonaré; ocultaré mi rostro, y serán presa fácil. Entonces les sobrevendrán muchos desastres y adversidades, y se preguntarán: “¿No es verdad que todos estos desastres nos han sobrevenido porque nuestro Dios ya no está con nosotros?”
Deuteronomio 31:18 - Y ese día yo ocultaré aún más mi rostro, por haber cometido la maldad de irse tras otros dioses.
Salmo 106:40 - La ira del Señor se encendió contra su pueblo; su heredad le resultó aborrecible.
