onav - وَكَمَا تَسْتَحْوِذُ يَدُ الإِنْسَانِ عَلَى الْعُشِّ، هَكَذَا اسْتَحْوَذَتْ يَدِي عَلَى ثَرْوَاتِ الشُّعُوبِ. وَكَمَا يَجْمَعُ الإِنْسَانُ الْبَيْضَ الْمَهْجُورَ، هَكَذَا جَمَعْتُ الأَرْضَ بِأَسْرِهَا، فَلَمْ يَجْرُؤْ أَحَدٌ أَنْ يُحَرِّكَ جَنَاحاً أَوْ يَفْتَحَ فَاهاً أَوْ يَنْبِسَ بِهَمْسَةٍ.

箴言 21:6 - 以說謊的舌頭騙來的財寶，如被吹散的霧，人這樣做，是自尋死路。
箴言 21:7 - 惡人的暴行將拖累自己，因為他們拒絕秉行公正。
哈巴谷書 2:5 - 的確，酒使人背信，狂妄的人不能持久；他像陰間貪婪張口，如死亡永不滿足，他聚集萬國、聚攏萬民歸屬自己。第一禍：貪婪搶掠者的下場
哈巴谷書 2:6 - 這些邦國全都嘲諷他，用諷刺的隱語嘲笑他說： “這人有禍了！他增添不屬自己的財物，敲詐別人致富，他能維持多久呢？”
哈巴谷書 2:7 - 你的債主將忽然出來，使你顫抖的人要醒過來，你就成為他們的獵物！
哈巴谷書 2:8 - 因你曾搶掠這麼多邦國，所以你要遭受其餘的民搶掠— 因你殺人流血，向各地、各城中的一切居民施行暴力！
哈巴谷書 2:9 - 為自己的家獲取不義之財的人有禍了！他將窩安置在高處，試圖逃脫災害的魔掌！
哈巴谷書 2:10 - 你圖謀除掉多國之民，使你的家蒙羞，反害了自己！
哈巴谷書 2:11 - 以至牆內的磚頭呼叫，木工的梁木也應聲！
箴言 18:12 - 滅亡之前，人心高傲；要得尊榮，先要謙卑。
耶利米書 49:16 - 你這住在巖石穴中、佔據山嶺高處的人啊，你引發的驚恐和你驕傲的心欺騙了你；即使你像老鷹在高處築巢，我也要把你從那裡拽下來。” 耶和華這樣宣告。
何西阿書 12:7 - “商人手裡拿著詭詐的天平，喜愛敲詐勒索人。
