  • Psalms 22:20 - Deliver my soul from the sword, my precious life from the power of the dog.

  • 1 Chronicles 29:3 - In addition, because I have set my affection on the house of my God, since I have a treasure of my own of gold and silver, I give it to the house of my God, over and above all that I have prepared for the holy house,
  • 1 Chronicles 29:4 - even three thousand talents of gold, of the gold of Ophir, and seven thousand talents of refined silver, with which to overlay the walls of the houses;

  • 1 Chronicles 29:6 - Then the princes of the fathers’ households, and the princes of the tribes of Israel, and the captains of thousands and of hundreds, with the rulers over the king’s work, offered willingly;
  • 1 Chronicles 29:7 - and they gave for the service of God’s house of gold five thousand talents and ten thousand darics, of silver ten thousand talents, of bronze eighteen thousand talents, and of iron one hundred thousand talents.
  • 1 Chronicles 29:8 - People with whom precious stones were found gave them to the treasure of Yahweh’s house, under the hand of Jehiel the Gershonite.
  • 1 Chronicles 29:9 - Then the people rejoiced, because they offered willingly, because with a perfect heart they offered willingly to Yahweh; and David the king also rejoiced with great joy.
  • 2 Chronicles 35:7 - Josiah gave to the children of the people, of the flock, lambs and young goats, all of them for the Passover offerings, to all who were present, to the number of thirty thousand, and three thousand bulls. These were of the king’s substance.
  • 2 Chronicles 35:8 - His princes gave for a free will offering to the people, to the priests, and to the Levites. Hilkiah, Zechariah, and Jehiel, the rulers of God’s house, gave to the priests for the Passover offerings two thousand six hundred small livestock, and three hundred head of cattle.

  • Leviticus 23:1 - Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,
  • Leviticus 23:2 - “Speak to the children of Israel, and tell them, ‘The set feasts of Yahweh, which you shall proclaim to be holy convocations, even these are my set feasts.
  • Leviticus 23:3 - “‘Six days shall work be done, but on the seventh day is a Sabbath of solemn rest, a holy convocation; you shall do no kind of work. It is a Sabbath to Yahweh in all your dwellings.
  • Leviticus 23:4 - “‘These are the set feasts of Yahweh, even holy convocations, which you shall proclaim in their appointed season.
  • Leviticus 23:5 - In the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month in the evening, is Yahweh’s Passover.
  • Leviticus 23:6 - On the fifteenth day of the same month is the feast of unleavened bread to Yahweh. Seven days you shall eat unleavened bread.
  • Leviticus 23:7 - In the first day you shall have a holy convocation. You shall do no regular work.
  • Leviticus 23:8 - But you shall offer an offering made by fire to Yahweh seven days. In the seventh day is a holy convocation. You shall do no regular work.’”
  • Leviticus 23:9 - Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,
  • Leviticus 23:10 - “Speak to the children of Israel, and tell them, ‘When you have come into the land which I give to you, and shall reap its harvest, then you shall bring the sheaf of the first fruits of your harvest to the priest.
  • Leviticus 23:11 - He shall wave the sheaf before Yahweh, to be accepted for you. On the next day after the Sabbath the priest shall wave it.
  • Leviticus 23:12 - On the day when you wave the sheaf, you shall offer a male lamb without defect a year old for a burnt offering to Yahweh.
  • Leviticus 23:13 - The meal offering with it shall be two tenths of an ephah of fine flour mixed with oil, an offering made by fire to Yahweh for a pleasant aroma; and the drink offering with it shall be of wine, the fourth part of a hin.
  • Leviticus 23:14 - You must not eat bread, or roasted grain, or fresh grain, until this same day, until you have brought the offering of your God. This is a statute forever throughout your generations in all your dwellings.
  • Leviticus 23:15 - “‘You shall count from the next day after the Sabbath, from the day that you brought the sheaf of the wave offering: seven Sabbaths shall be completed.
  • Leviticus 23:16 - The next day after the seventh Sabbath you shall count fifty days; and you shall offer a new meal offering to Yahweh.
  • Leviticus 23:17 - You shall bring out of your habitations two loaves of bread for a wave offering made of two tenths of an ephah of fine flour. They shall be baked with yeast, for first fruits to Yahweh.
  • Leviticus 23:18 - You shall present with the bread seven lambs without defect a year old, one young bull, and two rams. They shall be a burnt offering to Yahweh, with their meal offering and their drink offerings, even an offering made by fire, of a sweet aroma to Yahweh.
  • Leviticus 23:19 - You shall offer one male goat for a sin offering, and two male lambs a year old for a sacrifice of peace offerings.
  • Leviticus 23:20 - The priest shall wave them with the bread of the first fruits for a wave offering before Yahweh, with the two lambs. They shall be holy to Yahweh for the priest.
  • Leviticus 23:21 - You shall make proclamation on the same day that there shall be a holy convocation to you. You shall do no regular work. This is a statute forever in all your dwellings throughout your generations.
  • Leviticus 23:22 - “‘When you reap the harvest of your land, you must not wholly reap into the corners of your field, and you must not gather the gleanings of your harvest. You must leave them for the poor, and for the foreigner. I am Yahweh your God.’”
  • Leviticus 23:23 - Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,
  • Leviticus 23:24 - “Speak to the children of Israel, saying, ‘In the seventh month, on the first day of the month, there shall be a solemn rest for you, a memorial of blowing of trumpets, a holy convocation.
  • Leviticus 23:25 - You shall do no regular work. You shall offer an offering made by fire to Yahweh.’”
  • Leviticus 23:26 - Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,
  • Leviticus 23:27 - “However on the tenth day of this seventh month is the day of atonement. It shall be a holy convocation to you. You shall afflict yourselves and you shall offer an offering made by fire to Yahweh.
  • Leviticus 23:28 - You shall do no kind of work in that same day, for it is a day of atonement, to make atonement for you before Yahweh your God.
  • Leviticus 23:29 - For whoever it is who shall not deny himself in that same day shall be cut off from his people.
  • Leviticus 23:30 - Whoever does any kind of work in that same day, I will destroy that person from among his people.
  • Leviticus 23:31 - You shall do no kind of work: it is a statute forever throughout your generations in all your dwellings.
  • Leviticus 23:32 - It shall be a Sabbath of solemn rest for you, and you shall deny yourselves. In the ninth day of the month at evening, from evening to evening, you shall keep your Sabbath.”
  • Leviticus 23:33 - Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,
  • Leviticus 23:34 - “Speak to the children of Israel, and say, ‘On the fifteenth day of this seventh month is the feast of booths for seven days to Yahweh.
  • Leviticus 23:35 - On the first day shall be a holy convocation. You shall do no regular work.
  • Leviticus 23:36 - Seven days you shall offer an offering made by fire to Yahweh. On the eighth day shall be a holy convocation to you. You shall offer an offering made by fire to Yahweh. It is a solemn assembly; you shall do no regular work.
  • Leviticus 23:37 - “‘These are the appointed feasts of Yahweh which you shall proclaim to be holy convocations, to offer an offering made by fire to Yahweh, a burnt offering, a meal offering, a sacrifice, and drink offerings, each on its own day—
  • Leviticus 23:38 - in addition to the Sabbaths of Yahweh, and in addition to your gifts, and in addition to all your vows, and in addition to all your free will offerings, which you give to Yahweh.
  • Leviticus 23:39 - “‘So on the fifteenth day of the seventh month, when you have gathered in the fruits of the land, you shall keep the feast of Yahweh seven days. On the first day shall be a solemn rest, and on the eighth day shall be a solemn rest.
  • Leviticus 23:40 - You shall take on the first day the fruit of majestic trees, branches of palm trees, and boughs of thick trees, and willows of the brook; and you shall rejoice before Yahweh your God seven days.
  • Leviticus 23:41 - You shall keep it as a feast to Yahweh seven days in the year. It is a statute forever throughout your generations. You shall keep it in the seventh month.
  • Leviticus 23:42 - You shall dwell in temporary shelters for seven days. All who are native-born in Israel shall dwell in temporary shelters,
  • Leviticus 23:43 - that your generations may know that I made the children of Israel to dwell in temporary shelters when I brought them out of the land of Egypt. I am Yahweh your God.’”
  • Leviticus 23:44 - So Moses declared to the children of Israel the appointed feasts of Yahweh.
  • Numbers 28:1 - Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,
  • Numbers 28:2 - “Command the children of Israel, and tell them, ‘See that you present my offering, my food for my offerings made by fire, as a pleasant aroma to me, in their due season.’
  • Numbers 28:3 - You shall tell them, ‘This is the offering made by fire which you shall offer to Yahweh: male lambs a year old without defect, two day by day, for a continual burnt offering.
  • Numbers 28:4 - You shall offer the one lamb in the morning, and you shall offer the other lamb at evening,
  • Numbers 28:5 - with one tenth of an ephah of fine flour for a meal offering, mixed with the fourth part of a hin of beaten oil.
  • Numbers 28:6 - It is a continual burnt offering which was ordained in Mount Sinai for a pleasant aroma, an offering made by fire to Yahweh.
  • Numbers 28:7 - Its drink offering shall be the fourth part of a hin for each lamb. You shall pour out a drink offering of strong drink to Yahweh in the holy place.
  • Numbers 28:8 - The other lamb you shall offer at evening. As the meal offering of the morning, and as its drink offering, you shall offer it, an offering made by fire, for a pleasant aroma to Yahweh.
  • Numbers 28:9 - “‘On the Sabbath day, you shall offer two male lambs a year old without defect, and two tenths of an ephah of fine flour for a meal offering mixed with oil, and its drink offering:
  • Numbers 28:10 - this is the burnt offering of every Sabbath, in addition to the continual burnt offering and its drink offering.
  • Numbers 28:11 - “‘In the beginnings of your months, you shall offer a burnt offering to Yahweh: two young bulls, one ram, seven male lambs a year old without defect,
  • Numbers 28:12 - and three tenths of an ephah of fine flour for a meal offering mixed with oil, for each bull; and two tenth parts of fine flour for a meal offering mixed with oil, for the one ram;
  • Numbers 28:13 - and one tenth part of fine flour mixed with oil for a meal offering to every lamb, as a burnt offering of a pleasant aroma, an offering made by fire to Yahweh.
  • Numbers 28:14 - Their drink offerings shall be half a hin of wine for a bull, the third part of a hin for the ram, and the fourth part of a hin for a lamb. This is the burnt offering of every month throughout the months of the year.
  • Numbers 28:15 - Also, one male goat for a sin offering to Yahweh shall be offered in addition to the continual burnt offering and its drink offering.
  • Numbers 28:16 - “‘In the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month, is Yahweh’s Passover.
  • Numbers 28:17 - On the fifteenth day of this month shall be a feast. Unleavened bread shall be eaten for seven days.
  • Numbers 28:18 - In the first day shall be a holy convocation. You shall do no regular work,
  • Numbers 28:19 - but you shall offer an offering made by fire, a burnt offering to Yahweh: two young bulls, one ram, and seven male lambs a year old. They shall be without defect,
  • Numbers 28:20 - with their meal offering, fine flour mixed with oil. You shall offer three tenths for a bull, and two tenths for the ram.
  • Numbers 28:21 - You shall offer one tenth for every lamb of the seven lambs;
  • Numbers 28:22 - and one male goat for a sin offering, to make atonement for you.
  • Numbers 28:23 - You shall offer these in addition to the burnt offering of the morning, which is for a continual burnt offering.
  • Numbers 28:24 - In this way you shall offer daily, for seven days, the food of the offering made by fire, of a pleasant aroma to Yahweh. It shall be offered in addition to the continual burnt offering and its drink offering.
  • Numbers 28:25 - On the seventh day you shall have a holy convocation. You shall do no regular work.
  • Numbers 28:26 - “‘Also in the day of the first fruits, when you offer a new meal offering to Yahweh in your feast of weeks, you shall have a holy convocation. You shall do no regular work;
  • Numbers 28:27 - but you shall offer a burnt offering for a pleasant aroma to Yahweh: two young bulls, one ram, seven male lambs a year old;
  • Numbers 28:28 - and their meal offering, fine flour mixed with oil, three tenths for each bull, two tenths for the one ram,
  • Numbers 28:29 - one tenth for every lamb of the seven lambs;
  • 2 Chronicles 30:24 - For Hezekiah king of Judah gave to the assembly for offerings one thousand bulls and seven thousand sheep; and the princes gave to the assembly a thousand bulls and ten thousand sheep: and a great number of priests sanctified themselves.
  • Ezekiel 43:27 - When they have accomplished the days, it shall be that on the eighth day, and forward, the priests shall make your burnt offerings on the altar, and your peace offerings. Then I will accept you,’ says the Lord Yahweh.”
  • 1 Kings 8:63 - Solomon offered for the sacrifice of peace offerings, which he offered to Yahweh, twenty two thousand head of cattle, and one hundred twenty thousand sheep. So the king and all the children of Israel dedicated Yahweh’s house.
  • 1 Kings 8:64 - The same day the king made the middle of the court holy that was before Yahweh’s house; for there he offered the burnt offering, and the meal offering, and the fat of the peace offerings, because the bronze altar that was before Yahweh was too little to receive the burnt offering, the meal offering, and the fat of the peace offerings.
  • Ezekiel 46:4 - The burnt offering that the prince shall offer to Yahweh shall be on the Sabbath day six lambs without defect and a ram without defect;
  • Ezekiel 46:5 - and the meal offering shall be an ephah for the ram, and the meal offering for the lambs as he is able to give, and a hin of oil to an ephah.
  • Ezekiel 46:6 - On the day of the new moon it shall be a young bull without defect, and six lambs, and a ram. They shall be without defect.
  • Ezekiel 46:7 - He shall prepare a meal offering, an ephah for the bull, and an ephah for the ram, and for the lambs according as he is able, and a hin of oil to an ephah.
  • Ezekiel 46:8 - When the prince enters, he shall go in by the way of the porch of the gate, and he shall go out by its way.
  • Ezekiel 46:9 - “‘“But when the people of the land come before Yahweh in the appointed feasts, he who enters by the way of the north gate to worship shall go out by the way of the south gate; and he who enters by the way of the south gate shall go out by the way of the north gate. He shall not return by the way of the gate by which he came in, but shall go out straight before him.
  • Ezekiel 46:10 - The prince shall go in with them when they go in. When they go out, he shall go out.
  • Ezekiel 46:11 - “‘“In the feasts and in the solemnities the meal offering shall be an ephah for a bull, and an ephah for a ram, and for the lambs as he is able to give, and a hin of oil to an ephah.
  • Ezekiel 46:12 - When the prince prepares a free will offering, a burnt offering or peace offerings as a free will offering to Yahweh, one shall open for him the gate that looks toward the east; and he shall prepare his burnt offering and his peace offerings, as he does on the Sabbath day. Then he shall go out; and after his going out one shall shut the gate.
  • Isaiah 66:23 - It shall happen that from one new moon to another, and from one Sabbath to another, all flesh will come to worship before me,” says Yahweh.
  • 2 Chronicles 31:3 - He also appointed the king’s portion of his possessions for the burnt offerings, for the morning and evening burnt offerings, and the burnt offerings for the Sabbaths, for the new moons, and for the set feasts, as it is written in Yahweh’s law.
