  • Luke 3:19 - John also publicly criticized Herod Antipas, the ruler of Galilee, for marrying Herodias, his brother’s wife, and for many other wrongs he had done.
  • Proverbs 25:12 - To one who listens, valid criticism is like a gold earring or other gold jewelry.
  • Jeremiah 15:17 - I never joined the people in their merry feasts. I sat alone because your hand was on me. I was filled with indignation at their sins.

  • 2 Timothy 4:2 - Preach the word of God. Be prepared, whether the time is favorable or not. Patiently correct, rebuke, and encourage your people with good teaching.
  • Titus 2:15 - You must teach these things and encourage the believers to do them. You have the authority to correct them when necessary, so don’t let anyone disregard what you say.
  • Romans 6:21 - And what was the result? You are now ashamed of the things you used to do, things that end in eternal doom.
  • Revelation 18:4 - Then I heard another voice calling from heaven, “Come away from her, my people. Do not take part in her sins, or you will be punished with her.
  • 2 Thessalonians 3:6 - And now, dear brothers and sisters, we give you this command in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ: Stay away from all believers who live idle lives and don’t follow the tradition they received from us.
