  • Numbers 35:25 - The court must provide a safe place for the person accused of murder. It must keep the one accused of murder safe from those who want to kill them. The court must send the accused person back to the city they ran to for safety. The accused person must stay there until the high priest dies. That priest has been anointed with holy oil.
  • 2 Kings 6:5 - One of them was cutting down a tree. The iron blade of his ax fell into the water. “Oh no, master!” he cried out. “This ax was borrowed!”
  • 2 Kings 6:6 - The man of God asked, “Where did the blade fall?” He showed Elisha the place. Then Elisha cut a stick and threw it there. That made the iron blade float.
  • 2 Kings 6:7 - “Take it out of the water,” he said. So the man reached out and took it.
  • Proverbs 27:12 - Wise people see danger and go to a safe place. But childish people keep on going and suffer for it.
