Acts 13:52 - The believers were filled with joy and with the Holy Spirit.
3 John 1:6 - They have told the church about your love. Please help them by sending them on their way in a manner that honors God.
3 John 1:7 - They started on their journey to serve Jesus Christ. They didn’t receive any help from those who aren’t believers.
3 John 1:8 - So we should welcome people like them. We should work together with them for the truth.
Isaiah 66:12 - The Lord continues, “I will cause peace to flow over her like a river. I will make the wealth of nations sweep over her like a flooding stream. You will nurse and be carried in her arms. You will play on her lap.
Isaiah 66:13 - As a mother comforts her child, I will comfort you. You will find comfort in Jerusalem.”
Isaiah 66:14 - When you see that happen, your hearts will be filled with joy. Just as grass grows quickly, you will succeed. The Lord will show his power to those who serve him. But he will pour out his anger on his enemies.
Luke 15:5 - When he finds it, he will joyfully put it on his shoulders
Luke 15:6 - and go home. Then he will call his friends and neighbors together. He will say, ‘Be joyful with me. I have found my lost sheep.’
Luke 15:7 - I tell you, it will be the same in heaven. There will be great joy when one sinner turns away from sin. Yes, there will be more joy than for 99 godly people who do not need to turn away from their sins.
Luke 15:8 - “Or suppose a woman has ten silver coins and loses one. Won’t she light a lamp and sweep the house? Won’t she search carefully until she finds the coin?
Luke 15:9 - And when she finds it, she will call her friends and neighbors together. She will say, ‘Be joyful with me. I have found my lost coin.’
Luke 15:10 - I tell you, it is the same in heaven. There is joy in heaven over one sinner who turns away from sin.”
Acts 21:19 - Paul greeted them. Then he reported everything God had done among the Gentiles through his work.
Acts 21:20 - When they heard this, they praised God. Then they spoke to Paul. “Brother,” they said, “you see that thousands of Jews have become believers. All of them try very hard to obey the law.
2 Corinthians 1:16 - I planned to visit you on my way to Macedonia. I would have come back to you from there. Then you would have sent me on my way to Judea.
Acts 28:15 - The believers there had heard we were coming. They traveled as far as the Forum of Appius and the Three Taverns to meet us. When Paul saw these people, he thanked God for them and was encouraged by them.
Luke 15:32 - But we had to celebrate and be glad. This brother of yours was dead. And now he is alive again. He was lost. And now he is found.’ ”
Acts 15:12 - Everyone became quiet as they listened to Barnabas and Paul. They were telling about the signs and wonders God had done through them among the Gentiles.
Acts 11:18 - When they heard this, they didn’t object anymore. They praised God. They said, “So then, God has allowed even Gentiles to turn away from their sins. He did this so that they could live.”
Acts 11:19 - Some believers had been scattered by the suffering that unbelievers had caused them. They were scattered after Stephen was killed. Those believers traveled as far as Phoenicia, Cyprus and Antioch. But they spread the word only among Jews.
1 Corinthians 16:11 - No one should treat him badly. Send him safely on his way so he can return to me. I’m expecting him to come back along with the others.
Titus 3:13 - Do everything you can to help Zenas the lawyer and Apollos. Send them on their way. See that they have everything they need.
1 Corinthians 16:6 - But I might stay with you for a while. I might even spend the winter. Then you can help me on my journey everywhere I go.
Acts 21:5 - When it was time to leave, we continued on our way. All the believers, including their whole families, went with us out of the city. There on the beach we got down on our knees to pray.
Romans 15:24 - So I plan to see you when I go to Spain. I hope to visit you while I am passing through. And I hope you will help me on my journey there. But first I want to enjoy being with you for a while.
Acts 14:27 - When they arrived at Antioch, they gathered the church together. They reported all that God had done through them. They told how he had opened a way for the Gentiles to believe.
