Revelation 7:14 - And I said to him, “Sir, you are the one who knows.” Then he said to me, “These are the ones who died in the great tribulation. They have washed their robes in the blood of the Lamb and made them white.
Revelation 7:15 - “That is why they stand in front of God’s throne and serve him day and night in his Temple. And he who sits on the throne will give them shelter.
Revelation 7:16 - They will never again be hungry or thirsty; they will never be scorched by the heat of the sun.
Revelation 7:17 - For the Lamb on the throne will be their Shepherd. He will lead them to springs of life-giving water. And God will wipe every tear from their eyes.”
1 Samuel 24:15 - May the Lord therefore judge which of us is right and punish the guilty one. He is my advocate, and he will rescue me from your power!”
Psalms 18:1 - I love you, Lord; you are my strength.
Psalms 18:2 - The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my savior; my God is my rock, in whom I find protection. He is my shield, the power that saves me, and my place of safety.
Psalms 18:3 - I called on the Lord, who is worthy of praise, and he saved me from my enemies.
Psalms 18:4 - The ropes of death entangled me; floods of destruction swept over me.
Psalms 18:5 - The grave wrapped its ropes around me; death laid a trap in my path.
Psalms 18:6 - But in my distress I cried out to the Lord; yes, I prayed to my God for help. He heard me from his sanctuary; my cry to him reached his ears.
Psalms 18:7 - Then the earth quaked and trembled. The foundations of the mountains shook; they quaked because of his anger.
Psalms 18:8 - Smoke poured from his nostrils; fierce flames leaped from his mouth. Glowing coals blazed forth from him.
Psalms 18:9 - He opened the heavens and came down; dark storm clouds were beneath his feet.
Psalms 18:10 - Mounted on a mighty angelic being, he flew, soaring on the wings of the wind.
Psalms 18:11 - He shrouded himself in darkness, veiling his approach with dark rain clouds.
Psalms 18:12 - Thick clouds shielded the brightness around him and rained down hail and burning coals.
Psalms 18:13 - The Lord thundered from heaven; the voice of the Most High resounded amid the hail and burning coals.
Psalms 18:14 - He shot his arrows and scattered his enemies; great bolts of lightning flashed, and they were confused.
Psalms 18:15 - Then at your command, O Lord, at the blast of your breath, the bottom of the sea could be seen, and the foundations of the earth were laid bare.
Psalms 18:16 - He reached down from heaven and rescued me; he drew me out of deep waters.
Psalms 18:17 - He rescued me from my powerful enemies, from those who hated me and were too strong for me.
Psalms 18:18 - They attacked me at a moment when I was in distress, but the Lord supported me.
Psalms 18:19 - He led me to a place of safety; he rescued me because he delights in me.
Psalms 18:20 - The Lord rewarded me for doing right; he restored me because of my innocence.
Psalms 18:21 - For I have kept the ways of the Lord; I have not turned from my God to follow evil.
Psalms 18:22 - I have followed all his regulations; I have never abandoned his decrees.
Psalms 18:23 - I am blameless before God; I have kept myself from sin.
Psalms 18:24 - The Lord rewarded me for doing right. He has seen my innocence.
Psalms 18:25 - To the faithful you show yourself faithful; to those with integrity you show integrity.
Psalms 18:26 - To the pure you show yourself pure, but to the crooked you show yourself shrewd.
Psalms 18:27 - You rescue the humble, but you humiliate the proud.
Psalms 18:28 - You light a lamp for me. The Lord, my God, lights up my darkness.
Psalms 18:29 - In your strength I can crush an army; with my God I can scale any wall.
Psalms 18:30 - God’s way is perfect. All the Lord’s promises prove true. He is a shield for all who look to him for protection.
Psalms 18:31 - For who is God except the Lord? Who but our God is a solid rock?
Psalms 18:32 - God arms me with strength, and he makes my way perfect.
Psalms 18:33 - He makes me as surefooted as a deer, enabling me to stand on mountain heights.
Psalms 18:34 - He trains my hands for battle; he strengthens my arm to draw a bronze bow.
Psalms 18:35 - You have given me your shield of victory. Your right hand supports me; your help has made me great.
Psalms 18:36 - You have made a wide path for my feet to keep them from slipping.
Psalms 18:37 - I chased my enemies and caught them; I did not stop until they were conquered.
Psalms 18:38 - I struck them down so they could not get up; they fell beneath my feet.
Psalms 18:39 - You have armed me with strength for the battle; you have subdued my enemies under my feet.
Psalms 18:40 - You placed my foot on their necks. I have destroyed all who hated me.
Psalms 18:41 - They called for help, but no one came to their rescue. They even cried to the Lord, but he refused to answer.
Psalms 18:42 - I ground them as fine as dust in the wind. I swept them into the gutter like dirt.
Psalms 18:43 - You gave me victory over my accusers. You appointed me ruler over nations; people I don’t even know now serve me.
Psalms 18:44 - As soon as they hear of me, they submit; foreign nations cringe before me.
Psalms 18:45 - They all lose their courage and come trembling from their strongholds.
Psalms 18:46 - The Lord lives! Praise to my Rock! May the God of my salvation be exalted!
Psalms 18:47 - He is the God who pays back those who harm me; he subdues the nations under me
Psalms 18:48 - and rescues me from my enemies. You hold me safe beyond the reach of my enemies; you save me from violent opponents.
Psalms 18:49 - For this, O Lord, I will praise you among the nations; I will sing praises to your name.
Psalms 18:50 - You give great victories to your king; you show unfailing love to your anointed, to David and all his descendants forever.
2 Timothy 4:18 - Yes, and the Lord will deliver me from every evil attack and will bring me safely into his heavenly Kingdom. All glory to God forever and ever! Amen.
Psalms 103:1 - Let all that I am praise the Lord; with my whole heart, I will praise his holy name.
Psalms 103:2 - Let all that I am praise the Lord; may I never forget the good things he does for me.
Psalms 103:3 - He forgives all my sins and heals all my diseases.
Psalms 103:4 - He redeems me from death and crowns me with love and tender mercies.
Psalms 103:5 - He fills my life with good things. My youth is renewed like the eagle’s!
Psalms 103:6 - The Lord gives righteousness and justice to all who are treated unfairly.
2 Corinthians 1:10 - And he did rescue us from mortal danger, and he will rescue us again. We have placed our confidence in him, and he will continue to rescue us.
Psalms 50:14 - Make thankfulness your sacrifice to God, and keep the vows you made to the Most High.
1 Samuel 26:24 - Now may the Lord value my life, even as I have valued yours today. May he rescue me from all my troubles.”
Psalms 34:19 - The righteous person faces many troubles, but the Lord comes to the rescue each time.
1 Samuel 23:14 - David now stayed in the strongholds of the wilderness and in the hill country of Ziph. Saul hunted him day after day, but God didn’t let Saul find him.
1 Samuel 25:29 - “Even when you are chased by those who seek to kill you, your life is safe in the care of the Lord your God, secure in his treasure pouch! But the lives of your enemies will disappear like stones shot from a sling!
Psalms 116:1 - I love the Lord because he hears my voice and my prayer for mercy.
Psalms 116:2 - Because he bends down to listen, I will pray as long as I have breath!
Psalms 116:3 - Death wrapped its ropes around me; the terrors of the grave overtook me. I saw only trouble and sorrow.
Psalms 116:4 - Then I called on the name of the Lord: “Please, Lord, save me!”
Psalms 116:5 - How kind the Lord is! How good he is! So merciful, this God of ours!
Psalms 116:6 - The Lord protects those of childlike faith; I was facing death, and he saved me.
Psalms 116:7 - Let my soul be at rest again, for the Lord has been good to me.
Psalms 116:8 - He has saved me from death, my eyes from tears, my feet from stumbling.
Psalms 116:9 - And so I walk in the Lord’s presence as I live here on earth!
Psalms 116:10 - I believed in you, so I said, “I am deeply troubled, Lord.”
Psalms 116:11 - In my anxiety I cried out to you, “These people are all liars!”
Psalms 116:12 - What can I offer the Lord for all he has done for me?
Psalms 116:13 - I will lift up the cup of salvation and praise the Lord’s name for saving me.
Psalms 116:14 - I will keep my promises to the Lord in the presence of all his people.
Psalms 116:15 - The Lord cares deeply when his loved ones die.
Psalms 116:16 - O Lord, I am your servant; yes, I am your servant, born into your household; you have freed me from my chains.
Psalms 116:17 - I will offer you a sacrifice of thanksgiving and call on the name of the Lord.
Psalms 116:18 - I will fulfill my vows to the Lord in the presence of all his people—
Psalms 116:19 - in the house of the Lord in the heart of Jerusalem. Praise the Lord!
2 Samuel 22:49 - and delivers me from my enemies. You hold me safe beyond the reach of my enemies; you save me from violent opponents.
1 Samuel 27:1 - But David kept thinking to himself, “Someday Saul is going to get me. The best thing I can do is escape to the Philistines. Then Saul will stop hunting for me in Israelite territory, and I will finally be safe.”
Isaiah 12:1 - In that day you will sing: “I will praise you, O Lord! You were angry with me, but not anymore. Now you comfort me.
Isaiah 12:2 - See, God has come to save me. I will trust in him and not be afraid. The Lord God is my strength and my song; he has given me victory.”
Isaiah 12:3 - With joy you will drink deeply from the fountain of salvation!

Exodus 15:1 - Then Moses and the people of Israel sang this song to the Lord: “I will sing to the Lord, for he has triumphed gloriously; he has hurled both horse and rider into the sea.
Judges 5:1 - On that day Deborah and Barak son of Abinoam sang this song:
