Genesis 7:17 - Now the flood was on the earth forty days. The waters increased and lifted up the ark, and it rose high above the earth.
Genesis 7:18 - The waters prevailed and greatly increased on the earth, and the ark moved about on the surface of the waters.
Genesis 7:19 - And the waters prevailed exceedingly on the earth, and all the high hills under the whole heaven were covered.
Genesis 7:20 - The waters prevailed fifteen cubits upward, and the mountains were covered.
Genesis 7:21 - And all flesh died that moved on the earth: birds and cattle and beasts and every creeping thing that creeps on the earth, and every man.
Genesis 7:22 - All in whose nostrils was the breath of the spirit of life, all that was on the dry land, died.
Genesis 7:23 - So He destroyed all living things which were on the face of the ground: both man and cattle, creeping thing and bird of the air. They were destroyed from the earth. Only Noah and those who were with him in the ark remained alive.
Genesis 7:24 - And the waters prevailed on the earth one hundred and fifty days.
Genesis 6:1 - Now it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born to them,
Genesis 6:2 - that the sons of God saw the daughters of men, that they were beautiful; and they took wives for themselves of all whom they chose.
Genesis 6:3 - And the Lord said, “My Spirit shall not strive with man forever, for he is indeed flesh; yet his days shall be one hundred and twenty years.”
Genesis 6:4 - There were giants on the earth in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of God came in to the daughters of men and they bore children to them. Those were the mighty men who were of old, men of renown.
Genesis 6:5 - Then the Lord saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every intent of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.
Genesis 6:6 - And the Lord was sorry that He had made man on the earth, and He was grieved in His heart.
Genesis 6:7 - So the Lord said, “I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth, both man and beast, creeping thing and birds of the air, for I am sorry that I have made them.”
Genesis 6:8 - But Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord.
Job 22:15 - Will you keep to the old way Which wicked men have trod,
Job 22:16 - Who were cut down before their time, Whose foundations were swept away by a flood?
Matthew 24:37 - But as the days of Noah were, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be.
Matthew 24:38 - For as in the days before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark,
Matthew 24:39 - and did not know until the flood came and took them all away, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be.
Luke 17:26 - And as it was in the days of Noah, so it will be also in the days of the Son of Man:
Luke 17:27 - They ate, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, and the flood came and destroyed them all.
1 Peter 3:19 - by whom also He went and preached to the spirits in prison,
1 Peter 3:20 - who formerly were disobedient, when once the Divine longsuffering waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was being prepared, in which a few, that is, eight souls, were saved through water.

Hebrews 11:7 - By faith Noah, being divinely warned of things not yet seen, moved with godly fear, prepared an ark for the saving of his household, by which he condemned the world and became heir of the righteousness which is according to faith.
2 Peter 3:6 - by which the world that then existed perished, being flooded with water.
