2 Chronicles 33:12 - When Manasseh was in trouble, he asked the Lord his God to help him. He made himself very humble in the sight of the God of his people.
2 Chronicles 12:7 - The Lord saw they had made themselves humble. So he gave a message to Shemaiah. The Lord said, “They have made themselves humble in my sight. So I will not destroy them.
