This is a lasting ordinance for Israel.
New International Reader's Version - Now I’m about to build a temple. The Name of the Lord my God will be there. I’ll set the temple apart for him. Sweet-smelling incense will be burned in front of him there. The holy bread will be set out at regular times. Burnt offerings will be sacrificed there every morning and evening. They will be sacrificed every Sabbath day. They will be sacrificed at every New Moon feast. And they will be sacrificed at every yearly appointed feast of the Lord our God. Leviticus 23:1 - The Lord spoke to Moses:
Leviticus 23:2 - “Speak to the Israelites and tell them: These are my appointed times, the times of the Lord that you will proclaim as sacred assemblies.
Leviticus 23:3 - “Work may be done for six days, but on the seventh day there is to be a Sabbath of complete rest, a sacred assembly. You are not to do any work; it is a Sabbath to the Lord wherever you live.
Leviticus 23:4 - “These are the Lord’s appointed times, the sacred assemblies you are to proclaim at their appointed times.
Leviticus 23:5 - The Passover to the Lord comes in the first month, at twilight on the fourteenth day of the month.
Leviticus 23:6 - The Festival of Unleavened Bread to the Lord is on the fifteenth day of the same month. For seven days you must eat unleavened bread.
Leviticus 23:7 - On the first day you are to hold a sacred assembly; you are not to do any daily work.

Leviticus 23:9 - The Lord spoke to Moses:
Leviticus 23:10 - “Speak to the Israelites and tell them: When you enter the land I am giving you and reap its harvest, you are to bring the first sheaf of your harvest to the priest.
Leviticus 23:11 - He will present the sheaf before the Lord so that you may be accepted; the priest is to present it on the day after the Sabbath.
Leviticus 23:12 - On the day you present the sheaf, you are to offer a year-old male lamb without blemish as a burnt offering to the Lord.
Leviticus 23:13 - Its grain offering is to be four quarts of fine flour mixed with oil as a food offering to the Lord, a pleasing aroma, and its drink offering will be one quart of wine.

1 Kings 8:63 - Solomon offered a sacrifice of fellowship offerings to the Lord: twenty-two thousand cattle and one hundred twenty thousand sheep and goats. In this manner the king and all the Israelites dedicated the Lord’s temple.
Numbers 28:1 - The Lord spoke to Moses,
Numbers 28:2 - “Command the Israelites and say to them: Be sure to present to me at its appointed time my offering and my food as my food offering, a pleasing aroma to me.
