Deuteronomio 1:17 - No sean parciales en el juicio; consideren de igual manera la causa de los débiles y la de los poderosos. No se dejen intimidar por nadie, porque el juicio es de Dios. Los casos que no sean capaces de resolver, tráiganmelos, que yo los atenderé”.
Deuteronomio 25:1 - »Cuando dos hombres tengan un pleito, se presentarán ante el tribunal y los jueces decidirán el caso, absolviendo al inocente y condenando al culpable.
Deuteronomio 25:2 - Si el culpable merece que lo azoten, el juez le ordenará tenderse en el suelo y hará que allí mismo le den el número de azotes que su crimen merezca.
Deuteronomio 25:3 - Pero no se le darán más de cuarenta azotes; más de eso sería humillante para tu hermano.
Deuteronomio 17:8 - »Si te enfrentas a casos demasiado difíciles de juzgar, tales como homicidios, pleitos, violencia y otros litigios que surjan en las ciudades, irás al lugar que el Señor tu Dios elija
Deuteronomio 17:9 - y te presentarás ante los sacerdotes levitas y ante el juez en funciones. Los consultarás, y ellos te darán el veredicto.
Deuteronomio 17:10 - Actuarás conforme a la sentencia que ellos dicten en el lugar que el Señor elija, y harás todo lo que te digan.
Deuteronomio 17:11 - Procederás según las instrucciones que te den y el veredicto que pronuncien, y seguirás al pie de la letra todas sus decisiones.
Deuteronomio 17:12 - El soberbio que muestre desacato al juez o al sacerdote en funciones será condenado a muerte. Así extirparás de Israel el mal.
