Ezekiel 22:27 - The officials in the land are like wolves that tear their food apart. They spill blood and kill people to get rich.
Ezekiel 22:28 - The prophets cover up these acts for them. The visions of these prophets are false. They use magic to try to find out what is going to happen. But their magic tricks are lies. They say, ‘The Lord and King says.’ But I have not spoken to them.
2 Timothy 3:8 - Jannes and Jambres opposed Moses. In the same way, the teachers I’m talking about oppose the truth. Their minds are twisted. As far as the faith is concerned, God doesn’t accept them.

They are prophesying lies to you in my name. The Lord says about Ahab and Zedekiah, “I will hand them over to Nebuchadnezzar, the king of Babylon. He will put them to death. You will see it with your own eyes.
Jeremiah 23:17 - They keep speaking to those who hate me. They say, ‘The Lord says you will have peace.’ They speak to all those who do what their stubborn hearts want them to do. They tell them, ‘No harm will come to you.’
Jeremiah 23:31 - Yes,” announces the Lord. “I am against the prophets who speak their own words. But they still say, ‘Here is what the Lord says.’
Acts 19:13 - Some Jews went around driving out evil spirits. They tried to use the name of the Lord Jesus to set free those who were controlled by demons. They said, “In Jesus’ name I command you to come out. He is the Jesus that Paul is preaching about.”
Acts 19:14 - Seven sons of Sceva were doing this. Sceva was a Jewish chief priest.
Acts 19:15 - One day the evil spirit answered them, “I know Jesus. And I know about Paul. But who are you?”
Acts 19:16 - Then the man who had the evil spirit jumped on Sceva’s sons. He overpowered them all. He gave them a terrible beating. They ran out of the house naked and bleeding.
2 Corinthians 11:13 - People like that are false apostles. They are workers who tell lies. They only pretend to be apostles of Christ.

Zechariah 1:18 - Then I looked up and saw four animal horns.

Zechariah 1:21 - I asked, “What are they coming to do?” He answered, “The horns are the powerful nations that scattered the people of Judah. That made Judah helpless. But these four skilled workers have come to terrify the horns. The workers will destroy the power of those nations. Those nations had used their power to scatter Judah’s people.”
