- Numbers 26:60 - To Aaron were born Nadab and Abihu, Eleazar and Ithamar.
- Numbers 26:61 - And Nadab and Abihu died when they offered profane fire before the Lord.
- Numbers 26:62 - Now those who were numbered of them were twenty-three thousand, every male from a month old and above; for they were not numbered among the other children of Israel, because there was no inheritance given to them among the children of Israel.

- Genesis 32:28 - And He said, “Your name shall no longer be called Jacob, but Israel; for you have struggled with God and with men, and have prevailed.”
- Genesis 29:32 - So Leah conceived and bore a son, and she called his name Reuben; for she said, “The Lord has surely looked on my affliction. Now therefore, my husband will love me.”
- Genesis 29:33 - Then she conceived again and bore a son, and said, “Because the Lord has heard that I am unloved, He has therefore given me this son also.” And she called his name Simeon.
- Genesis 29:34 - She conceived again and bore a son, and said, “Now this time my husband will become attached to me, because I have borne him three sons.” Therefore his name was called Levi.

- Genesis 35:23 - the sons of Leah were Reuben, Jacob’s firstborn, and Simeon, Levi, Judah, Issachar, and Zebulun;
- Genesis 35:24 - the sons of Rachel were Joseph and Benjamin;
- Genesis 35:25 - the sons of Bilhah, Rachel’s maidservant, were Dan and Naphtali;
- Genesis 35:26 - and the sons of Zilpah, Leah’s maidservant, were Gad and Asher. These were the sons of Jacob who were born to him in Padan Aram.
