As it is written in the second Psalm:“‘ You are my son; today I have become your father.’God raised him from the dead so that he will never be subject to decay. As God has said,“‘ I will give you the holy and sure blessings promised to David.’
But my love will never be taken away from him, as I took it away from Saul, whom I removed from before you.Your house and your kingdom will endure forever before me; your throne will be established forever.’”
“ If my house were not right with God, surely he would not have made with me an everlasting covenant, arranged and secured in every part; surely he would not bring to fruition my salvation and grant me my every desire.
Though the mountains be shaken and the hills be removed, yet my unfailing love for you will not be shaken nor my covenant of peace be removed,” says the Lord, who has compassion on you.
